正面译不顺,不妨从反面着笔。翻译之所以成为艺术, 就是因为它本身就具有创造性,翻译不能墨守成规。由 于两个民族的思维逻辑和表达方式不同,所以译者会经 常运用正反反正译法。一个民族习惯正面说,而另一个 民族可能认为反着说或换个角度说才顺口。
译者必须全面、深入掌握两种语言,才能自觉地和自如 地运用正反反正译法这一技巧。但是使用反译法有一个 前提,如若正译已经语义准确清晰,行文流畅地道,就 没有必要进行反译;反译只有在正译难以实现上述目的, 且比正译效果更佳时方才采用。
