混凝土自动配料系统设计

近几年来,随着我国经济的迅速发展,科学技术和生产的发展,建设高质量高品质的混凝土成为人们的需求,由于对自然环境的考虑,减少城市污染,我们国家交通管理部门要求所需要的混凝土集中管理和生产。这样不仅大大提高了其混凝土的自动搅拌配料控制精度,还大大加快了其混凝土生产的速度,因此,在日常的混凝土生产经营过程中,混凝土自动搅拌设备系统越来越受到人们的高度重视。可编程控制器(Programmable Logic Controller)简称PLC是一种用来进行数字逻辑运算和操作的自动化电子系统,控制各种类型的混凝土机械设备或零部件生产经营过程。这种可编程计算机控制器技术是在电器自动化控制系统技术和自动化计算机微处理器技术的基础上进一步设计和开发出来的,并逐渐发展成为以数字微处理器为核心和核心,把电器自动化控制系统技术、计算机微处理器技术、通讯信息技术融为一体的新型混凝土工业自动化控制装置。对于上面的原因,我们专门设计了基于的混凝土搅拌设备自动配料系统。

我们国家现在所已拥有的对混凝土搅拌发电站的控制方式主要采用的有3种,分别为继电器直接计算机控制、PLC和自动计算机控制器结合以及采用PLC 和自动配料计算机控制器结合。在这里我们主要简单介绍这种采用PLC和自动计算机配料控制器结合进行控制的混凝土搅拌站,不仅可以有效的保证混凝土的生产质量,性能可靠,而且还大大提高混凝土搅拌站生产效率,性价比高。

本文主要针对的是PLC和配料系统控制器结合控制的搅拌站来设计其各个环节的,主要完成的工作任务有控制系统构造,PLC的I/O分配,工作流程图以及对PLC程序的编写。

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the development of science and technology and production, the construction of high-quality and high-quality concrete has become a demand. Due to the consideration of the natural environment and reducing urban pollution, our national traffic management department has required Centralized management and production of concrete. This not only greatly improves the accuracy of the automatic mixing and batching control of its concrete, but also greatly accelerates the speed of its concrete production. Therefore, in the daily concrete production and management process, the automatic concrete mixing equipment system has received more and more attention from people. Programmable controller (Programmable Logic Controller) for short PLC is an automatic electronic system used for digital logic operations and operations, controlling various types of concrete machinery equipment or parts production and operation process. This programmable computer controller technology was further designed and developed on the basis of electrical automation control system technology and automatic computer microprocessor technology, and gradually developed into a digital microprocessor as the core and core to control electrical automation System technology, computer microprocessor technology, communication information technology are integrated into a new type of concrete industrial automation control device. For the above reasons, we specially designed an automatic batching system based on concrete mixing equipment.

There are three main control methods for concrete mixing power stations that our country now has: direct computer control of relays, combination of PLC and automatic computer controller, and combination of PLC and automatic batching computer controller. Here we mainly briefly introduce this kind of concrete mixing station controlled by the combination of PLC and automatic computer batching controller, which can not only effectively guarantee the quality of concrete production, reliable performance, but also greatly improve the production efficiency of concrete mixing station, cost-effective.

This paper is mainly aimed at PLC and batching system controller combined with the control of the mixing plant to design its various links, the main tasks are to complete the control system structure, PLC I / O distribution, work flow chart and the preparation of PLC program.
