The management has appointed a Management Representative for the implementation and ongoing development of the EHS Management System (EHSMS). The appointment letter of Management Representative refers to Attachment 4 of this manual.This EHS Management System Manual describes the elements of the environmental health and safety management system (EHSMS) adopted and implemented in China Campus located at 2333 PangJin Road, Wujiang Economic Develop Area, Jiangsu Province, China. It defines the organization, policies, responsibilities and authorities of those who manage, perform and verify works affecting environment, health and safety and the effective implementation of this EHS management system.The EHS Department in consultation with the Management Representative (MR) is responsible for preparing and revising the EHSMS manual and also for making it available in the China Campus EHS WEB page. It is the responsibility of the EHS Department to maintain a list of the distribution of EHSMS Manual. Revisions to the Manual are reviewed by the Management Representative, and approved by GM.The manual will be made available in the China Campus EHS Web page, which is available for all China Campus network users.If printed, document is uncontrolled and it is user’s responsibility to check that the document reflects the latest version.The new revisions will be marked. These revisions will be incorporated in the Change History of the manual and summary of revisions will be notified to the members of the EHS Committee through email by the EHS Department. The read message received by EHS to the email is the acknowledgement from the members for having received information about the revision to these documents. The EHSMS implementation ensures that all necessary procedures and work instructions are in place as a necessary documented part of the work process. It ensures that activities and processes consistently conform to standards, necessary records are retained and activities performed to achieve continually improvement. It does not state specific OH&S performance criteria, nor does it give detailed specifications for the design of a management system.This OHSAS specification is applicable to any organization that wishes to:a)establish an OH&S management system toeliminate or minimize risk to employees and other interested parties who may be exposed to OH&S risks associated with its activities;b)implement, maintain and continually improvean OH&S management system;c)assure itself of its conformance with itsstated OH&S policy;d)demonstrate such conformance to others;e)seek certification/registration of its OH&Smanagement system by an external organization; orf)make a self-determination and declaration ofconformance with this OHSAS specification.All the requirements in this OHSAS specification are intended to be incorporated into any OH&S management system. c)When there are great changes in the company structure, production process and the outerenvironment, the EHS should apply to change the version and modify the handbook. Itneeds the approval of the general manager before its issue.当公司组织结构、生产工艺或外部环境发生较大变化时，由EHS部申请《职业健康、安全和环境管理手册》进行换版，并负责组织修订，发布前必须经过总经理批准。
