(三)课程作用 1.对岗位作用:课程针对的职业岗位非常明确, 即旅游行业饭店服务人员,包括接线员、行李员、 前台接待员、客房服务员、餐饮服务员以及其他相 关岗位。 2.对学生作用:通过《饭店情景英语》课程的学 习和实践,让学生熟悉并掌握饭店管理与服务中所 涉及的行业知识、英语知识和技能,通过26个实训 项目的实施以及课程实习,综合培养学生的饭店服 务与管理能力、跨文化交际能力、业务技能、工作 态度、学习方法和社会能力。同时该课程注重培养 学生可持续发展能力,为学生的未来职业生涯打好 基础。 6
