2、客人等候服务的时光或等候员工向其解释的时光不超过三分钟。
3、欢迎客人时应使用酒店的名字。
4、与客人确认房型,离店日期,非吸烟房或吸烟房及房价。
5、与客人确认酒店会员号。
若客人尚未入会,员工须告知入会的优惠条件并主动供给入会登记表格。
6、向酒店会员解释快速退房的手续。
7、与客人确认航空公司荣誉会员号。
若系统中无此信息,则提议客人用其酒店会员卡,并向其解释双重奖励。
