【摘要】Objective:Evaluation of 0.3T MRI system in second hospital application.Methods:Retrospective application in our hospital OPEN MARKⅢ image of magnetic resonance system check in 15407 patients,positue rate,Major disease specturm diagnostic results and advantages of the system.Results: 15407 cases after examining,the image overall rate of grade a 98.25%,1.4%total grade b rate,rate of NG 0.35%.Thoracic and abdominal imaging 61% NG rates,Overall positive rate of 85.3%.It doernot certain plain film and CT findings of Lntracranial micro-vascution malformation,brain stem hemorrhage foci,small lacunar infarction,acufe phase cerebral infarction,the mild injury of spinal cord and spinal smaller footprint and articular cavity a small amounts of fluid in a pipe,early osteonecrosis,bone contusions and occult fractures,joint small ligament and meniscus injuries,total 1667 cases.Conclusion The MRI system in the skull,limbs is of great value in the diagnosis of joint disease,combined with its low maintenance cost,low purchase price featere in the second hospital.%目的评价0.3T磁共振在二级医院应用价值.方法回顾性分析我院应用OPEN MARKⅢ磁共振成像系统检查15407例病人的图像状况，阳性率，主要疾病谱
