• Q2:What is the Thousand Foreign Talents Program? • The Recruitment Program of Global Experts which is also called the Thousand Talents Program is organized by the Central Coordination Committee on the Recruitment of Talents. The program will last for five to ten years and has been carried out since the year of 2008. It aims to recruit overseas top scientists and talents back to China. • It is hoped that the recruited talents will lead the innovative industries, improve key technologies and develop the high-tech industries in State Key Labs, National Key Innovative Programs, State Key Subjects, National Enterprises, State-Owned Commercial and Financial Institutes and High-tech Development Zones.
