艾叶提取工艺及抗氧化活性的研究

摘要:通过正交实验方法研究了艾叶醇2水体系的提取工艺,采用比色法测定其黄酮类和多糖类化合物的含量,得到不同因素对总黄酮和总多糖提取的影响程度依次为:乙醇浓度>提取温度>提取时间>料液比;并以化学发光法测定各提取液的抗氧化活性。结果表明;艾叶中含有丰富的黄酮类、多糖类化合物,具有很强的抗氧化活性。

Abstract :In th is paper o rthogonal experi m en t m ethod w as u sed to study the ex tracti on p rocess in alcoho l 2w ater system of fo lium A rte m isiae a rgy i .Its con ten ts of to tal flavono ids and to tal po lysaccharides w ere m easu red by co lo ri m etry .A nd it w as found that differen t facto rs i m pacting on ex tracti on w ere as fo llow ed :the concen trati on of alcoho l ,ex tracti on tem p eratu re ,ex tracti on ti m e and the rati o of m aterials fo r ex tracti on liqu id .T he an ti 2ox idan t activities of the ex tracti on liqu id w ere also studied by the chem ical lum inescence m ethod .R esu lts show ed that fo lium A rte m isiae a rgy i con tain s abundan t of flavono id and po lysaccharide ,

艾叶(Fo lium A rte m isiae a rgy i ),别名大艾叶、
杜艾叶、萎蒿,为菊科植物艾的叶。性温,味苦、辛;散
寒止痛,温经止血。艾叶中含有黄酮类、多糖类化合物,这些化合物具有较强的抗氧化活性[1]。
现有的研究表明,不少疾病的发生与发展与自由基有密切的关系,所以,直接或间接抑制自由基、清除自由基成了药物开发的一个突破口,而寻找一
