另一种是用了小组评价方式检测学习效果，全班分为A、B、C、D四组，哪个组获得的笑脸多，哪个组就获胜。
新课程标准从某种程度上向教师提出了更高的要求。
作为一名英语教师，我们需转换教学观念。
在教学过程中处理好传授知识与培养能力的关系，激发学生的积极性，培养学生掌握运用知识的态度和能力，使每个学生都能得到充分的发展。
