FO专用名词术语一、前台术语解释:1、Front office(前厅部)答:1、指设在饭店前厅销售饭店产品、组织接待工作、调度业务经营和为客人住店提供一系列综合性服务的部门。
2、前厅部的主要任务有两个:一是经营,二是管理。

比如,前台有客人来开房时,前台可轻松地知道,空干净房是可以开出去。
房态的第二个作用,是方便客房的工作。
由于客房管理人员要对员工的房间清扫进行分配,因此,需要简单明了的房态报表协助完成该工作。
DND-DONODISTURB-含义:免打扰房间。
解释:依据客人的需求,为客人设置免打扰的标识,让酒店工作人员不打扰客人,这项服务在酒店中较为常见,是酒店人都应该明白概念。
免打扰注意事项1能不能打电话给免打扰的房间?无紧急情况,酒店不要给免打扰的房间打电话,如的确比较紧急,电话接通后应先致歉,再简洁明了地说明事情原委,将事情处理完比。

3、Connecting Room 连通房:指两房中间有一扇门连通起来的房间(适用家庭)。
4、Advance payment 预付款:按照酒店财务规定和有关规定,前台服务员要求客人预先支付房费和可能的其他费用(客人登记时应交纳1)、预付房租;2)、预付所有费用消费)什么人要求预先支付?1)不可相信的人,即初次打交道的客人。
2)帮朋友付款的客人等。
5、Advance deposit 定金:客人为了确保能有房间而提前支付酒店的一笔按金(要大于等于房费,订房时酒店向客人收的)。
6、Guarantee 担保确保:指客人以预付订金或公司函电确认订房,无论客人是否到店,都要保留订房,无论客人是否入住都要收费。
确保有几种途径:1)现金支付:付财务部,作好备注。
2)信用卡:交信贷产,应知号码、有效期、种类、密码与银行核对。
3)公司函电:信件式传真要有公章、签名及所付款项目及客人姓名,但此公司应与销售部有合同。
4)Bank draft(银行汇票)5)Traveler’s Check(旅行支票):可以挂失,应有签名。

如:水果、鲜花或饮品、报纸等。

30、Log Book (交接班日记)记事本:指本部门之间员工沟通的记录本,记录一天来任何需要通知的各种事情。
(服务员每天要先看Log Book,才上岗)。
31、Net Rate 净价:指不含服务费的各种价格。

47、Concierge 礼宾部(本宾馆特指行李部):指为住店客人提供行李服务等特别服务的部分。
*1、door man 门童。
2、bell boy 行李生。
3、page boy 叫车、招人。
4、Transportation 车队。
5、Store Room 仓库、行李房。
48、Collect Call 对方付费电话:由受话人付款的一种电话形式,商务中心经中转台接通。
49、City Ledger 挂帐:指客人使用完酒店各种设施,但并不直接付款,而通过计帐以后一起结算的方式。
*两种City Ledger:1、熟客不直接付,一起结算。
2、收银出错、漏掉可以先City Ledger。
City Ledger的要求:有一定资金基础、规模、实力雄厚、有协议的公司、企业单位、政府部门等,要有实力担保(只有法人代表、财务负责人有权)50、Double lock 双锁:指酒店为了某种需要,用特别的万能钥匙把房间给双重锁住,使一般钥匙打不开。
分两种情况:1、客人付钱后才开锁。
2、防止被卖而锁(特殊用)。
51、E.T.A : Estimated Time of Arrival 预计具体的到达时间。
E.T.D : Estimated Time of Departure 预计具体的离店时间。
52、Full house 客满:指酒店所有房间均以住满。
*不算好事:1、应该的保养无法进行。
2、重要客人无法满足。
3、换房无法进行。
房间的入住率最好在85%—90%之间。
53、Lost &Found 失物招领:通指管家部员工负责保管的所有住店客人留下来的各种物品,发现遗留物品应先通知部门主管,然后请AM备案,放HSKP存放,客人认领物品,需先meet AM。
54、Late Arrival 晚到(相反—Early Arrival):指客人超过PM6:00还没有到达订房。
一般夜间到达的客人也叫Late Arrival。
55、Late Charge 晚收款:指客人离店后,才发现的未付的必须收的款项。
由于收银员的疏忽,可当时联系领队或司机追回款项,应向客人说“sorry”。
56、M.T.D : Month the Date 截止当日为止的当月累积数字。
57、Morning Call 叫早服务(星级服务的基本服务项目)。
Wake up Call 叫醒服务(星级服务的基本服务项目)。
58、No Show 没到客人:指确认好的订房,没有经过取消而没来。
59、Room Status 房态:VC、VD、OC、OD、OO。
