Substructure—底座
The substructure is on the foundation, which is used to support the derrick and the rig equipment, it also support the space for well control equipment.
Drill collar—钻铤
It is mainly used for picking up BHA to provide the weight on bit. Ordinary drill collar、Spiral drill collar、Non-Magnetic drill collar /monel collar. 61/4” (4A11x4A10) 7” (411x410) 组成井底钻具组合提供钻压。 普通钻铤、螺旋钻铤、无磁钻铤 61/4”钻铤，扣型(4A11x4A10) 7”钻铤，扣型(411x410)
以切削和冲击压碎的原理钻油气井。旋转钻井中大多使用牙轮钻头，钻头由切削和
循环两部分组成，钻井液流过钻头，应用流体动力提高钻速。

The catwalk is a flat beside the pipe rack, we roll the drill string to it firstly, then lift it to the drill floor through the ramp by an air hoist， similarly, we can lay down the drill string through the ramp to the catwalk. 跑道是管架边上一个平面，我们把钻具滚到跑道上,然后用气葫芦通过坡道 把钻具吊到钻台上，同理，我们可以通过坡道道把钻具甩到跑道上。

Kelly : It is mainly used to transmit torque from the rotary table to the drill string. 方钻杆:主要用来将扭矩从转盘传递给钻柱 Heavy weight drill pipe（HWDP）： The wall thickness is thicker than DP, used to provide WOB in directional and horizontal well. 加重钻杆:壁厚比钻杆厚，在定向井和水平井中提供钻压 Positive displacement motor（PDM）：It is used to directional drilling in the directional/horizontal well, besides it’s also used to compounding drilling technology, which raise ROP greatly. 螺杆钻具：在定向/水平井中定向钻进和复合钻进，复合钻进极大提高 了机械钻速。
