I have therefore decided to reject it. I explain, briefly, below. You have undertaken a systematic review investigating whether acupuncture in one of various forms is able to influence the process of osteoporosis beneficially, in comparison with pharmacological approaches which generally are not very effective.

This is really outside the remit of rehabilitation, and I think that this paper would be better submitted to a more medically orientated journal. The outcome you are interested in relates to bodily disease, rather than disability. Unfortunately we can only publish around 80% of all submitted systematic reviews. Greater priority is given to reviews that look at more definite rehabilitation interventions and outcomes.
