硅烷接枝交联聚烯烃共聚物POE的研究顾鑫;张宇;陈弦【期刊名称】《塑料工业》【年(卷),期】2012(40)7【摘要】以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)作为引发剂,使用哈克(HAAKE)流变仪研究了乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)接枝交联不同型号的聚烯烃弹性体(POE)(TAFMERDF610、Vistamaxx 6202、Koattro KT-MR-05)的反应规律.结果表明,VTES以化学键接枝到POE分子链上.加工过程中扭矩变化和接枝交联的反应程度与POE的种类有直接关系,其中,DF610更容易预交联,接枝率较高;而Vistamaxx 6202和KT-MR-05在反应过程中产生降解,接枝率较低.对产品凝胶含量影响因素进行方差分析表明,水解前对凝胶含量影响严重的是DCP的含量,而水解后硅烷含量的变化对凝胶含量影响显著.%Taking DCP as the initiator, the reaction rule of different kinds of POE grafted and crosslinked with vinyl triethoxysilane in HAAKE torque rheometer was studied, the results showed that: vinyl trielhoxysilane connected with the molecular chain of POE by chemical bond. The kind of POE influenced the torque and the reaction degree of grafting and crosslinking. Among them, the TAFMER DF610 were easier to be pre-crosslinked and had a higher grafting rate; the Vistamaxx 6202 and koattro KT-MR-05 were degradable and had a lower grafting rate. poe作用
1.PP改性用弹性体POE：POE有着良好的回弹性和柔韧性，且其硬度很低，耐寒性极佳，所以POE弹性体广泛的用于PP的增韧，提高PP的常温和低温下的冲击强度，改性增韧后的PP应用有，汽车保险杠，汽车门板，家电外壳，办公文具，电瓶车和摩托车的塑料配件等。
PP聚丙烯缺口冲击强度低，低温脆性尤为突出，使其应用受到限制，通过与弹性体POE 共混来改善PP冲击性能是目前最广泛采用的方法。
POE用作PP抗冲击改性剂，与传统的EPDM相比，有明显的优势：首先，POE与PP混合，省去块状EPDM复杂的造粒或预混工序；其次，POE与PP有更好的混合分散效果，与EPDM相比，共混物的形态更为细微化，因而使抗冲击性得以提高。
再者，采用一般橡胶作为PP的抗冲击改性剂，在提高冲击强度的同时，降低了产品的屈服强度，而使用POE在增韧的同时，仍可保持较高的屈服强度及流动性。
2.PP／PE回料改性用弹性体：使得PP／PE回料的性能大为改观，应用于如塑料托盘，塑料周转箱，塑料工具箱，塑料办公桌椅配件，沙滩椅等。
3.热熔胶用弹性体：本品可以代替EV A生产高档的热熔胶4.与EV A并用于鞋材发泡：5.工程塑料（PA等）增韧改性剂：用于工程塑料（PA）的增韧改性。
6.EV A挤出软管改性用POE，在软管行业，尤其是挤出缠绕波纹管，EV A和POE的混合使用得到的产品更柔韧，耐屈绕性更佳，产品更轻，抗环境应力更佳。
添加在挤出平管的内层，使得软管具有抗污染性的封口，所需的热封温度低且热封强度更高！广泛的应用于吸尘器软管，洗衣机软管，排水管等。
7.色母或填充母粒：POE的极低的结晶度使得其对填充有着良好的包容性和极佳的流动性，同时改善韧性，使得POE在色母粒或填充母粒中可大为改善其品质。
8.护套屏蔽电缆料：本品具有优异的电绝缘性能，而且耐臭氧、耐火、耐候、防老化等特性，交联效率高，可代替EV A，EEA或EBA用于非PVC电缆护套料；另外，POE可以大量的填充AL（OH）3或Mg（OH）2，其硬度和强度的变化率低，可代替EV A或者与EV A并用来生产无卤阻燃电缆料。

柴油加氢脱硫催化剂柴油加氢脱硫催化剂是抚顺石油化工研究院研制开发的，以新型改性氧化铝为载体，以非贵金属为活性组分，制备岀具有孔容大、比表面积高、活性组分匹配合理、活性金属高度分散、加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮活性好、对原料适应性强等特点的催化剂。
不仅其低压加氢脱硫活性比同类催化剂好，而且其加氢脱氮、芳烃饱和及深度加氢脱硫活性也比同类催化剂高许多。
催化剂性能属柴油领域国际领先水平。
工业应用结果表明：处理高硫柴油，FH-UDS催化剂可以满足生产硫含量<15mg/g低硫柴油的要求。
汽油选择性加氢脱硫剂（FGH系列）抚顺石油化工研究院研制开发的OCT-M FCC汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术，主要用于降低FCC汽油的硫含量和烯烃含量。
针对FCC汽油的硫化物集中在重馏分、烯烃集中在轻馏分中的分布特点，OCT-M技术将全馏分FCC汽油预分馏为重馏分和轻馏分，加氢脱硫后的重馏分与轻馏分混合进行无碱脱臭处理，在辛烷值损失较小的情况下可生产低硫含量清洁汽油。
本技术2004年通过了中国石油化工股份有限公司科技开发部组织的技术鉴定，认为本技术属国外同类技术先进水平。
FGH系列加氢脱硫催化剂是OCT-M技术所用组合催化剂。
石蜡加氢催化剂（FV系列）FV系列石蜡加氢催化剂具有孔容大、比表面积高、孔结构集中等特点，用于石蜡加氢精制具有较好的活性、选择性和稳定性，机械强度高，尤其是稠环芳烃饱和能力强。

POE概论 POE为Poly Olefin Elastomer的简写，也就是烯桱类的弹性体总称一般称的POE代表以PE为硬质段的弹性体，而以PP为硬质段的弹性体包括称为TPO和TPV 这几种POE生产厂家: POE目前全世界仅有四家厂商生产:目前都不在中国生产，所以全部必须要靠进口DOW 的Engage. Infuse Exxon的Exact MITSUI的Tafma LG的Se etec。
POE主要用途: 1.做为塑料的增韧剂，包括Nylon、PP、PE的增韧剂 2.做为发泡材质目前这二种运用都是以低密度、低流动性的POE规格较佳，一般希望MI在0.5~ 6之间，越低越好，密度大约0.87左右，太高表示硬质段(PE)比例太高，有增韧效果的软质段太少，增韧或接枝的效果较差。

At least one panel MUST be open for ventilation when using the Furnace .• Doors MUST be properly sealed and the draft cap and assemblies MUST be adjusted and sealed correctly to prevent carbon monoxide from entering the RV .• Do NOT allow snow or any objects to block the exhaust system of the Furnace .• Combustion products MUST be properly vented to the atmosphere, so that all combustion air supplied to the burner is drawn from the outside atmosphere .• Use only Dometic replacement parts and components, which are specifically approved for use with the Furnace .• ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD:• Furnaces with 12 VDC connection are for low-voltage battery or direct current only . Do NOT connect to 120 or 240 VAC .• This Furnace is designed for negative ground 12 VDC only . Do NOT attempt to alter the Furnace for a positive ground system or connect the Furnace directly to 120 or 240 VAC .• Do NOT use battery charger to supply power to DC model Furnaces even when testing .• Use only Dometic replacement parts and components, which are specifically approved for use with the Furnace .FIRE OR EXPLOSION HAZ A RD . It is equipped with an ignition device that automatically lights the burner . Inspecting The Vents And Exhaust Tubes• Inspect the Furnace venting . Confirm the vents properly expel exhaust into the atmosphere and that the ventassembly is positioned tightly against the outer door .• Inspect the vent for obstructions or the presence of soot .If soot is present, immediately shut the Furnace OFF and contact your dealer or a qualified service technician .• Inspect the Furnace exhaust tubes for blockage, overlap, holes, or soot .• All exhaust system tubes MUST overlap no less than 1-1/4" .• All air intake tubes MUST overlap no less than 1/2" .• Keep tubes clean and free of obstructions .C.Inspecting The Chamber• Inspect the chamber and vent system for holes or excessive corrosion . D.Inspecting The Base• Confirm the Furnace mounting base is not sagging or deteriorating .E.Inspecting The Vent Assembly• Inspect the Furnace, venting, ducting, and gas piping for obvious signs of deterioration . Correct any defects .ELECTRICAL SHOCK, FIRE, OR EXPLOSION HAZARD . 与传统的聚烯烃相比，POE的相对分子质量分布较窄，支链分布均匀，共聚单体含量高。
由于POE分子链内含有带支链的共聚单体，导致聚合物链由结晶性树脂相和无定型的橡胶相组成，因此，POE既具有橡胶的高弹性，又可以采用热塑性塑料的加工工艺成型。
POE分子链由非极性的饱和单键构成，保持了聚烯烃优良的耐老化性、耐化学药品腐蚀性、耐热性和耐水蒸气性［2］。
POE除了具有良好的流变性、力学性能、抗紫外线性、低温韧性外，还与聚烯烃具有较好的亲和性，因此，POE可以用于聚丙烯（PP）的增韧改性、PP和聚乙烯（PE）回收料的性能改善、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物（EVA）挤出软管改性及发泡，用作聚酰胺的增韧剂及相容剂，并可用于生产热熔胶、电缆护套料等。
此外，POE还可用于太阳能电池封装膜、光伏、热熔胶等领域。
以美国陶氏化学公司商品名为Engage的POE加工而成的封装膜Enlight，在450～1 200 nm的光学透过率大于90%，与EVA和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛相比，它的耐水性能更优越，水蒸气透过率是EVA封装膜的10%，这使电池在潮湿环境下的寿命更长。
