一、本规程编制依据

本规程根据《矿井开采方案》、《矿井地质说明书》、《小煤矿安全规程》以及本矿其它规程及措施所编制。

1、采煤方法选择

(1)选择依据:

根据煤层地质赋存条件,我矿的资金、技术和井下实际情况,采用走向长壁式采煤方法。用单体夜压支柱支护,工作面用刮板运输机运输,进风巷用矿车运输。

(2)采高的确定:

因煤层最大厚度2.8米,伪顶厚0.5~1.5米,目前我矿采用最大高度为3.15米的单体支护,一次采全高。

2、回采工艺

①、落煤:

a、落煤方法:人工钻眼,放炮落煤。

b、打眼工具:127V电煤钻

f、一次起爆长度的确定:

工作面长为115米,每日进一档,即一个班必须起爆38米。但每一次起爆长度不得超于10米。炮眼深1.2m,一次爆破进度为1.2~1.3m。

②、装运煤

a、装煤:人工装煤;

b、运输机型号选择及移置方法:

工作面用SG-420/30N型刮板输送机一台,运输巷用SG-420/30N输送机一台。SG-420/30N型刮板输送机用单体支柱移动

主提升巷 地面 ③、采场支护:

a 、工作面支架及顶板管理方法

对采场顶板管理最大为四排支柱管理法,最小为三排支柱管理法,即见四回一支柱管理方法。最大控顶距为5米、最小控顶距为3.6米。 支架采用单体液压支柱、绞接顶梁接顶的支护方式。

b 、初次放顶

对采空区管理:用密集支柱截顶,当截顶无效时,强制放顶,初次放顶步距8~

12米时进行。

强制放顶由准备班人员在密集支柱边打一排2米深的孔装药放炮,给顶板形成一个垮落面。

强制放顶前,根据矿井实际回采经验总结,必须将支护方式缩小为最小控顶距,确定为“两、三排”管理,待顶板稳定后再恢复“三、四排”管理

1、风量计算

(1)按沼气涌出量计算:

Q采=100¬Q绝¬K采通

100¬1.5¬2.0=300m3/min;(2)按工作面温度计算:

Q采=60¬V采¬S采

60¬0.8¬6.0=288m3/min (3)按一次起爆最多炸药量计算:

Q采=25A

25¬12.0=300m3/min

(4)按工作面同时工作最多人数计算:

Q采=4N

4¬25=100m3/min

(5)按风速进行验算:

a、工作面最低风量:

Q采小≥0.25¬60S采

300m3/min≥15¬10.92=163.8m3/min

b、工作面最高风量:

Q采大≤4¬60S采

626.25m3/min≤240¬13.52=844.8m3/min
