前期准备:制作一份标准的工作求职简历提供给参赛选手,简历中注明附招聘企业、招聘职位介绍,以明确活动背景。
初选:5月*日~5月*日填写已发简历(除姓名外用英语),要求个人信息真实可信。
填好后,交至外国语学院学生会办公室(新校区宿舍CD栋2楼),再由女生部汇总后,交由招聘官(评委老师)审核,审核后,会有21位同学进入复赛。
结果将会以张榜及短信方式通知。
复试:复试时间:5月*日复试地点:图书馆第二报告厅比赛内容:(1)自我介绍:对自己做一个完整的介绍,并陈述自己对所应聘职位的认识和期待。
每位同学限时两分钟,时间到会有黄牌提示。
(2)推销商品:将21位同学编号分成7组,再由每组派代表抽签选择要推销的商品(由于用英文展示,难度较大,所以先会让同学们提前认识所有要推销的产品)。
要注意的是,各组组员只能推销抽到的商品,并且组员之间不能介绍重复内容,每人至少说出商品的三点特性,限时两分钟,超时酌情扣团体总分。
本环节共有7位同学进入下一轮。
(3)模拟招聘:招聘官根据晋级同学的简历表依次对他们进行提问,选手按编号依次进行作答。
招聘官根据选手表现打分(满分100分)。

2、增强同学们的团队合作意识。
前期准备:1、各个学院自通知发出日起两周内上交拍剧本以及拍摄团资料包括团队成员人数和团队负责人2、在展播前三天把各自学院的微电影上交至大赛组委会展播:1、在第一报告厅对各个系部的参赛作品进行展播2、请评委对各个参赛作品,以及作品中的男女主角进行评分评奖:根据评委评分评出获奖作品及颁发锦旗一等奖 2 名奖金元二等奖 4名奖金元三等奖 5名奖金元最佳男主角 1名奖金元最佳女主角 1名奖金元优胜奖 2名奖金元总计 1250元活动五:PPT(power point)英文展示大赛活动主题:亲!我做的PPT你看了没啊给好评啊活动目的:运用PPT这一展示方式,提高同学们的英语综合运用能力,增强同学们的英语学习兴趣活动执行部门:外国语学院团学会学习部活动负责人:**活动时间:5月**日活动对象:全校同学活动主题:题材不限,形式多样活动宣传: 1、利用宣传海报进行宣传。
2、利用晚自习时间分派人员进入各院晚自习教室进行讲解,扩大影响。
3、在校园多处以贴通知形式进行宣传,第二天趁势摆点宣传以达到更好效果。
4、在赞助商中争取到写有“**预祝外国语学院PPT大赛取得成功”的横幅。
活动流程:1、以个人或组(2至5人)的方式参赛。
2、个人或组先制作PPT,内容要求健康、积极向上,可以是个人收藏的珍贵照片,可以是心目中最美丽的风景,也可以是推崇的英美文化等等。
但内容必须是英文。
可以一人放映,另一人用英文进行讲解或者一人放映兼讲解,时间限制为五分钟。
3、比赛由专业老师或大四优秀学长、学姐进行评比。
在作品展示之后,将有评委针对作品或主题进行评分。
具体方案:考虑该活动参与人数不确定,本部门特根据报名者的多少,确定出了两套方案,以增强活动的灵活性,同时确保本次PPT大赛的顺利进行。
方案一: 如果报名人数在四十组左右,那么大赛分初赛与复赛。
两场初赛,一场复赛。
1、初赛:考虑到大一要上晚自习,晚上不方便进行比赛,所以第一场初赛参赛选手为大一同学,在周二下午进行比赛。
大二大三同学则于第二天晚上进行第二组初赛。
(为平均人数,到时可能会有部分大二或大三的同学会安排到第一场,也可能大一的部分同学安排到第二场)每场初赛分出前六名。
而评委是由大四优秀学姐和学长担任,确保做到公平公正。
2、复赛:参赛选手为前两场初赛胜出的前六名。
时间为该周星期五晚上。
地点是在第二报告厅。
评委为专业老师。
比赛内容与初赛一样,展示原来初赛作品,并增加一个老师提问的环节,参赛选手用英语回答,全程每人必须在8分钟以内。
由老师选出优胜,评出一二三等将,并直接由老师颁发证书。
方案二: 报名人数为三十人以内,那比赛不分初复赛,为两场平行赛。
每场的人数相近。
同样也是大一的同学星期二下午比,大二大三的同学星期三晚上比。
因人数相对来少,时间比较充足,因此每场比赛都会有老师提问。
而且两场比赛评委老师相同。
就按两场的成绩排名分出一二三等奖。
评分要求: 1、内容是否健康、积极向上,是否体现主题。
2、形式是否新颖,吸引人眼球。
如作品风格、音乐风格及放映方式等。
(画面、动画、结构、创意)3、内容与形式是否结合完美。
奖项设置:一等奖二名;二等奖四名;三等奖六和优胜奖两名;均发与荣誉证书,奖品待定。
