BMR摆线液压马达使用中常出现的故障以及处理办法1.马达漏油原因:(1)轴端漏油:由于马达在日常时间的使用中油封与输出轴处于不停的摩擦状态下,必然导致油封与轴接触面的磨损,超过一定限度将使油封失去密封效果,导致漏油。
处理办法:需更换油封,如果输出轴磨损严重的话需同时更换输出轴。
(2)封盖处漏油:封盖下面的“O”型圈压坏或者老化而失去密封效果,该情况发生的机率很低,如果发生只需更换该“O”型圈即可。
(3)马达夹缝漏油:位于马达壳体与前侧板,或前侧板与定子体,或定子体与后侧板之间的“O”型圈发生老化或者压坏的情况,如果发生该情况只需更换该“O”型圈即可。
2.马达运行无力原因:(1)定子体配对太松:由于马达在运行中,马达内各零部件都处于相互摩擦的状态下,如果系统中的液压油油质过差,则会加速马达内部零件的磨损。
当定子体内针柱磨损超过一定限度后,将会使定子体配对内部间隙变大,无法达到正常的封油效果,就会造成马达内泄过大。
表现出的症状就是马达在无负载情况下运行正常,但是声音会比正常的稍大,在负载下则会无力或者运行缓慢。
解决办法就是更换针柱。
(2)输出轴跟壳体之间磨损:造成该故障的主要原因是液压油不纯,含杂质,导致壳体内部磨出凹槽,导致马达内泄增大,从而导致马达无力。
解决的办法是更换壳体或者整个配对。
3.马达外泄漏大原因:(1)定子体配对平面配合间隙过大:BMR系列马达的定子体平面间隙应大致控制在0.03mm-0.04mm的范围内(根据排量不同略有差别),如果间隙超过0.04,将会发现马达的外泄明显增大,这也会影响马达的输出扭距。
另外,由于一般客户在使用BMR系列马达时都会将外泄油口堵住,当外泄压力大于1MPa时,将会对邮封造成巨大的压力从而导致油封也漏油。
处理办法:磨定子体平面,使其跟摆线轮的配合间隙控制在标准范围内。
(2)输出轴与壳体配合间隙过大:输出轴与壳体配合间隙大与标准时,将会发现马达的外泄显著增加(比原因1中所述更为明显)。

静力平衡式液压马达的介绍
静力平衡式液压马达简介静力平衡式液压马达又称无连杆式液压马达。
国外产品主要有“罗斯通(Roston)”,国内有 JYM型,它的排量为0.83~7.721L/r,额定工作压力为14~25MPa,最大工作压力为17.5~ 30MPa。
结构形式有轴转和壳转两种。
这种液压马达的工艺性较好,容易制造加工,摩擦副采用静力平衡,磨损小,因此在国内外发展较快。
它曾是国产船舶机械中使用最多的一种液压马达。

液压马达的偏心轴5具有曲轴的形式既是输出轴,又是配油轴。
五星轮3滑套在偏心轴的凸轮上,在它的五个平面中各嵌装一个压力环4,压力环的上平面与空心柱塞2的底面接触,柱塞中间装有弹簧(见图),以防止液压马达启动或空载运转时柱塞底面与压力环脱开。
高压油经配油轴中孔道通到曲轴的偏心配油部分,然后经五星轮中的径向孔、压力环、柱塞底部的贯通孔而进入油缸的工作腔内。
在图示位置时,配油轴上方的三个油缸通高压油,下方的两个缸通低压回油。
此时在每个高压油缸中各形成一个高压油柱,其一端作用在缸盖上,另一端作用在偏心轮表面上,并通过偏心轮中心,各缸形成一个合力,推动偏心轮绕着输出轴中心转动。
输出轴回转时,五星轮作平面平行运动,柱塞作往复运动,产生容积变化,使其完成进回油。
只要连续不断供油,就能使液压马达连续转动,改变液压马达的进、回油液流方向,液压马达就反向旋转。
液压马达转一转,每个工作容积变化一次,所以静力平衡式液压马达也为单作用液压马达。
从以上工作原理分析中可知,柱塞和压力环之间,五星轮和曲轴偏心轮之间,基本上不靠配合表面金属直接接触传力,而是通过密封容积中的压力油柱产生的作用力直接作用于偏心轮表面和缸盖上。
液压马达的柱塞、压力环和五星轮等,在运动过程中仅起油压的密封作用。
为改善这些零件的受力情况,减少摩擦损失,通常将它们设计成静力平衡状态,所以这种马达称为静力平衡式液压马达。

随着原子能、空间技术、电子技术等诸方面的发展,液压技术向更广泛的领域中发展。
在工程机械中,如挖掘机、装载机、推土机、压路机等广泛采用了液压传动。
起重运输机械也广泛应用了液压传动,如液压汽车吊等。
在冶金工业中,如高炉的加料机、转炉的炉体转动、电炉的炉体旋转、电极升降的控制等都越来越广泛地采用液压传动和控制。

BM系列摆线齿轮液压马达
BM系列摆线齿轮液压马达概述基本概念BM系列摆线齿轮马达是我国机械部重点企业、江苏省液压气动密封件工业协会董事长单位、全国产量最大的摆线马达专业生产厂家南京液压机械制造厂(原南京液压件三厂、南京液压件厂)大批量制造的行星转子式摆线齿轮液压马达。
它是一种利用行星减速机构原理(即一齿差、少齿差原理)的内啮合摆线齿轮马达,国外称作俄比特(Orbit)马达,我国常简称为摆线马达。
这种马达自1955年发明以来,随即传人我国,它以其独特的优点获得了迅速的发展。
这些优点集中地表现为:结构简单、体积小、质量轻、转矩大,单位质量功率远比其他类型的液压马达大。
另外,这种马达的转速范围宽、使用可靠、低速稳定性好、价格低廉。
目前全世界的年产量已超过百万台,被广泛应用于塑料机械、工程机械、农业机械、煤矿机械、起重运输机械、渔业机械及专用机床等设备中。
摆线齿轮马达在大多数资料中被列入低速大转矩液压马达,但到目前为止,国内外生产的此类产品,其最大排量为1250mL/r,瞬时最大输出转矩为35N•m,转速为180r/min左右。
因此,摆线齿轮马达应属于中速中转矩液压马达的范畴。
BM系列摆线马达,尽管与内啮合摆线齿轮(转子)泵在零件、结构上有十分相似之处,但在概念上不要错误地认为是内啮合摆线齿轮泵的逆向当马达的使用。
为了使读者得以清楚地认识,现将摆线齿轮(转子)泵的工作原理、结构简介如下:如图4-1所示,摆线齿轮(转子)泵由一对内啮合的内外转子所组成,内转子为外齿轮,中心为O1;外转子为内齿轮,中心为02,0102即为偏心距e。
通常,内转子齿数z1=6;外转子齿数z2=7,两者相差一齿。
两者齿廓是一对共轭曲线,外转子齿廓为一段圆弧,内转子齿廓为短幅等距外摆线,工作时内外转子齿廓全部啮合而形成七个密封工作腔。
摆线泵的内转子靠轴和轴承定心,外转子靠外径和壳体配合定心,两者为定轴轮系的啮合运动。
当内转子绕O1回转时,带动外转子绕02作同向回转。
液压马达种类
液压马达种类分为低速马达和高速马达宁波低速马达种类有五星马达,钢球马达,摆线马达,减速机五星液压马达分为内五星液压马达和外五星液压马达两大种类内五星液压也叫AKS摆缸液压马达AKS系列液压马达是本公司集合多年生产实践经验,在原有的技术基础上进行了设计改进。
使AKS系列马达壳体强度增加,内部动态元件承载能力增强。
这一特点使该系列马达具有很高的连续功率范围。
由于机械效率和容积效率高,同时又减少了内部单位承载力,因此减少了热量产生及与此相关的负面效应。
其主要特点如下:1、由于活塞与摆缸不存在侧向力,活塞底部设计成静压平衡,活塞与曲轴之间通过滚动轴承传递扭力,这些均减少了传力过程中的摩擦损失。
因而AKS系列液压马达具有很高的机械效率、高的起动扭矩(起动是机械效率92%以上)的特点。
2、平面配流器简单可靠,密封性好,泄露很少。
活塞与摆缸之间用塑料活塞环密封无泄漏,因而有很高的容积率(可达98%)。
3、由于结构上减少了摩擦损失,提高了密封性能,因而低速稳定性好,可以在1r/min工况下平稳运转,调速范围大(速度调节比可达1000)。
4、由于活塞与轴承套通过卡环贴牢不存在间隙,因而该系列液压马达可以做泵工况下运转,当进油口封闭后马达可在自由论工况下高速运转。
5、该系列液压马达压力高,最高压力可达45MP。
重量轻、体积小、比功率高。
6、由于结构简单,设计合理,采用负荷能力大的轴承,因而工作可靠、寿命长、噪音低,传动轴允许承受径向负荷,旋转方向可逆。
由于AKS系列液压马达具有以上特点,故广泛用于塑料机械、轻工机械、冶金机械、矿山机械、起重运输设备、重型机械、石油煤矿机械、船舶甲板机械、机床、塑料、地质钻探设备等各种机械的液压传动系统中。
特别适用于提升绞盘、卷筒机械、各种回转机械驱动、履带和轮子行走机构的驱动等传动机械中。

液压马达
摆线液压马达一、概述BM1型摆线液压马达是一轴配流镶齿定转子副式的小型低速大扭矩液压马达,优点如下:1、体积小,重量轻,它的外形尺寸比同样扭矩的其它类型液压马达小得多。
2、转速范围广,可无级调速,最低稳定转速可达15转/分,安装布置方便,投资费用低。
3、在液压系统中可串联使用,也可并联使用。
4、转动惯性小,在负载下容易起动,正反转都可使用,而且换向时不用停机。
BM1型摆线马达用途广泛,主要用于农业、渔业、轻工业、起重运输、矿山、工程机械等多种机械的回转机构中。
国外应用BM1型摆线液压马达的例子:1)农业用:各种联合收割机,播种机,旋耕机,割草机,喷雾机,饲料搅拌机,地面钻孔机。
2)渔业用:起网机。
3)轻工业用:卷绕机,纺织机,印刷机,营业用洗涤机。
4)建筑工业用:压路机,水泥搅拌机,清扫车。
二、结构及性能特点BM1型摆线液压马达为输出轴与配流阀一体成型,镶齿式定转子副摆线液压马达,具体结构见图一,主要功能特点:①采用了端面配流,结构简单紧凑,配流精度高;②采用镶齿定转子副,机械效率高,高压运转寿命长;③采用双联角接球轴承,可以承受较大的径向和轴向负载,摩擦力小,机械效率高。

1、不应同时在最大转速和最大压力下使用马达;2、最大工作条件下允许持续时间为6秒。

2、外泄油路与背压·马达允许最大背压10 MPa,为使马达获得良好寿命和综合机械性能,推荐当背压超过5 MPa时应接外泄油口,马达串联使用时必须接外泄油口。
·当接外泄油口时,应保证马达内部充满液压油,并保持一定背压。

This series of motor,with its shell made of ductile cast iron of adequate intensity, can be applied to situations with less load and interval opera-tion, widely to agriculture, forestry, plastics, machine tools and mining machines, such as the mould height adjustment of the injection molding machine, the cleaner, the sawmill, the worktable etc.
