幼儿园中班绘画活动指导策略研究
——以白银市A幼儿园中二班为例
摘要
笔者在幼儿园实习期间,发现教师在教幼儿绘画的时候,常常会给幼儿一些指导,而这些指导有些是可取的,有些却违背了《3-6岁儿童发展指南》里对艺术教学的要求。对此,笔者选择甘肃省白银市A幼儿园中班开展绘画课观察研究,本研究的目的是了解白银市A幼儿园中班教师在幼儿绘画课上的指导策略,通过分析,来发现中班教师在绘画教学中的一些指导策略弊端,研究者就这些问题,从转变教师教育观念、提升教师的专业素养、合理调整幼儿园师幼比、完善教师评价制度四个方面提出建议。在整个过程中,笔者运用了观察法、访谈法以及作品分析法对教师的指导策略进行研究。研究发现,教师在指导过程中过于强调范画,这种范画是教师画好的简笔画,孩子多数都是仿照这些简笔画进行绘画,所以导致绘画作品缺乏创作元素,同时这种过于强调范画的指导策略限制了孩子的想象力。研究者与教师进行积极沟通,将问题存在与教师一起反映到幼儿园,幼儿园领导开始重视本园教师绘画课的教法培训。同时,研究者通过理论学习和实践研究以及导师的专业指导,对于幼儿园绘画教师指导策略有了比较多的认识和学习,对于幼儿绘画有了新的理念,这种理念将带到笔者以后的工作岗位上,并且受益终身。

Abstract
The author found that teachers during my internship in kindergarten, when teaching young children painting, often give children some guidance, and some of these guidance is desirable, some are violated the 3-6 years old children's development in the guide to claim to the art teaching. To this, the author choose baiyin, gansu province A kindergarten student studied painting class observation, the purpose of this study is to know the baiyin A kindergarten student in the guidance of the teacher in the children's painting class strategy, through the analysis, to find A student teacher in the teaching of drawing some guidance strategy, researchers on these issues, as changing the concept of teacher education and promote teachers' professional quality, the reasonable adjustment of kindergarten teacher younger than, improve the
teachers' evaluation system four aspects are also proposed. In the whole process, the author use the observation method, interview method and product analysis method study of teachers' guidance strategy. The study found that teachers too much emphasis on in the process of guiding fan4 Huang, this kind of fan4 Huang is a teacher draw good brief strokes, most children are to simulate these brief strokes painting, paintings due to a lack of creative elements, it is too much emphasis on the guidance of fan4 Huang strategy limits the child's imagination. Researchers and teachers to communicate actively, the problem with teachers reflected in the kindergarten, kindergarten leaders paid attention to the teaching training of teachers of the kindergarten painting class. Researchers at the same time, through the theoretical study and practical research and teacher professional guidance, for the kindergarten painting strategy under the guidance of teachers have a more understanding and learning, for childminders painting has a new idea, the idea will be brought to the later work post, and benefit for life.

第一节研究由来
笔者在幼儿园实习期间,观摩了两堂美术课,主体都是画水果娃娃,经过两堂课的对比观摩,笔者发现第一堂课的教师力求孩子要画得像,而第二个堂课的教师更加注重孩子的感官体验。据笔者观察,第一堂课每个孩子的画几乎是相同的,都是在纸的中间画一个水果娃娃,其余的地方都是用一种颜色的水粉颜料填充画面。而另一个班级的孩子画面比较丰富,画出了不同形象的水果娃娃。同一主题,教师的指导方式不同,幼儿的绘画效果也是不同的,所以,笔者认为教师的指导方式对幼儿绘画起特别重要的作用。而在后来去其他幼儿园,发现大多数教师都会要求孩子画的要像,并且善于用范画和几何形状去引导幼儿,用颜色填充、简笔画等方式教幼儿绘画。《指南》里指出,“艺术教育是儿童感性的把握世界的一种方式,是表达对世界的认识的另一种语言”,我们的教育方式似乎是将幼儿绘画理性化了,很多东西都是用教师的眼睛观察到后传达给幼儿的,并要求幼儿画出来,实质上是教师代替幼儿去观察世界,而幼儿绘画所表达的内容也
