1. 产品简介 Product Introduction

当今在国内外的石油天然气、化工输送管道和装置上，尚没有完全适宜全压差放空工况的专用放空阀，多数采用闸阀、球阀、旋塞阀代作放空用。本公司根据油气管道放空部位的工作特殊性，专业开发出节流截止放空阀。

该产品主要用于油气输送管线装置在紧急情况下或检修时作放空用。投放市场近20年使用历史，为更好地满足不同工况条件的使用，本公司经过多次开发，不断改进完善，结构日臻完美，现已推出第五代多功能产品，具有节流、截止、放空、自动排渣、满足介质正反向流动、适用高温、低温、含硫天然气等功能，其特性密封零泄漏，耐冲刷，耐腐蚀，放空效果显著，使用寿命长，广泛用于石油、天然气、化工、电力、冶金等行业。

抗硫合金、陶瓷密封副结构产品可满足高压差、高含H2S、CO2、CL-介质条件下耐冲刷、防腐蚀的使用要求。

At present, there is no venting valve that is perfectly suited for the domestic and international oil, gas and chemicals transferring pipelines and equipments under total differential pressure operation. Whereas gate valve, ball valve and plug valve are used as the replacements. According to the venting section on the oil or gas pipes, we designed this throttle stop valve.

The product is mainly used for oil and gas pipelines for emptying purpose in case of emergency or maintenance. The product has been put in the market for nearly 20 years. To better meet different working conditions, the product has been improved continuously and become more and more perfect. The fifth generation of product has been promoted, which has the multiple-functions, including throttle, stop, discharge, satisfying opposite flow of the media, automatically removing the particle impurity, being suitable to high and low temperature, sulfur gas, and high sulfur gas, and whose features contain reliable seal, erosion-resistant, long usage life, and remarkable venting efficiency. The product is widely used in the fields of petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, etc..

With anti-sulfur alloy and ceramic seal, it is corrosion-resistant and can easily handle the flushing of high H2S, CO2, CL contained media under high differential pressure.
