ABSTRACT
The designing for the type of truck Dongfeng EQ1181W is to design clutch. To proposed the two-plate clutch’s advantages compared to monolithic, and ultimately determine the form of the two-plate clutch. After the plan to be the program completed, I finish the correlation calculation The clutch is an important component of the car transmission and main function is to cut and realize engine power transmission system,ensure the smooth start,car transmission system shift work smoothly and limit when the maximum transmission system to prevent transmission torque,overload,Reducing effectively the transmission of the vibration and noise.The clutch is an important part of the automobile’s power training, its characteristic and development have close relation with the power train. There are three main parts of the clutch design: pressure plate design, helical spring design and the driving disc design. Firstly, this paper calculates the parameters, and chooses sizes and materials for the clutch’s parts. Finally transforms the three-dimension-blueprint into Auto CAD engineering plat.

本次设计为东风 EQ1181W 型载货汽车设计离合器。提出了双片离合器相较于单 片离合器的优势,并最终确定了离合器的形式为双片离合器。方案确定后完成了离合 器的相关计算。 离合器是汽车传动系中的重要部件,主要功用是切断和实现发动机对传动系的动 力传递,保证汽车平稳起步,保证传动系统换挡时工作平顺以及限制传动系统所承受 的最大转矩,防止传动系统过载,有效的降低传动系统中的振动和噪声。离合器是汽 车传动系中的重要部件,它的构造特性与发展和传动系紧密相关。 双片离合器设计的内容主要包括压盘总成、从动盘总成、螺旋弹簧三个部分。首 先,对离合器各零件的参数、尺寸、材料、及结构进行设计,最后转为 Auto CAD 工 程图。
