本写作要求就改进餐厅服务质量方面向对方提建议，属于应用文。其目的是督促对方解决问题，故语言应正式、礼貌。时态以一般现在时为主。

二、谋篇布局

因为本写作任务开头和结尾已给出，所以我们只需要写出正文部分即可。正文部分可分为三部分：

第一部分：引出话题，说明写信目的（就残疾顾客的一些需求提建议）；

第二部分：提出建议（为盲人顾客读菜单、服务人员应会使用手势语以及为坐轮椅的顾客设置专门的餐桌）并说明理由；

第三部分：希望对方采纳。

I’m writing to give some suggestions on how to better serve disabled customers.

First, it is necessary to read the menu for blind customers, as it shows your respect for them and makes them comfortable. I’m glad to hear that you’re setting up mutual-help groups for English learning. I’m writing to offer my advice.

First, it is best to limit the size of each group to at most four students, which makes it easier to monitor each member’s study and allow them to have access to more efficient guidance. Second, when choosing the members of each group, please consider things like their characters and sexes. This will be helpful for group cooperation and competition. Third, the members of each group aren’t unchangeable but change with their performance and improvement.
