写作要求：

A cement works is to be built near our school，all the teachers and students are strongly against it. The followings are the reasons：

On the one hand，there will be too much noise which will make us not to be able to concentrate on our lessons. On the other hand，there will be dust and waste water from the factory，they will surely affect our health. What’s more，if the factory is built here，the passing vehicles will bring insecurity to the students.
