《实用英语》课程标准1. 概述本课程依据教育部制定的《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求》和《高职高专教育专业人才培养目标及规定》,按照对高职高专学生英语的基本要求选定教材。
以传授英语基础知识和培养应用能力为教育目标。
在教学过程中,要从高职高专教育的培养目标出发,遵循“以应用为目的”和“以必需、够用为度”的原则,使学生具备基本的听、说、读、写、译的能力。
1.1课程的性质本课程是高职高专非英语专业学生的公共基础课程,也是我院基础课的主干课程。
本课程是在高中英语知识的基础上,进一步扩大词汇量,加深语法内容,课文选材新颖,内容广泛,集知识性和趣味性于一体,每单元都有阅读技巧和写作方法介绍,特别是英语应用文的写作,内容详细,体裁全面,每课一练,能够逐步提高学生的应用写作能力。
实用英语课程英语教学对于学生提高思想素质和科学文化素质,掌握职业技能,形成综合职业能力,以及今后的学习和发展具有重要作用。

2.课程目标本课程的培养目标主要在于培养学生用英语听说能力,强化英语实际应用技能训练,逐步将专门用途英语渗入到基础英语的教学过程中,为学生步入社会打好基础,使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流,同时增强其自主学习能力,提高综合文化素养,以适应我国社会发展和国际交流的需要。
2.1知识目标1.掌握基本英语语法,并能基本正确地加以运用。
2.掌握基础日常用语1500个左右.3.掌握职场惯用语200个左右4.掌握的词汇量应达到3000个单词以及由这些词构成的常用词组,其中1800个单词为积极词汇,即要求学生能够在认知的基础上学会熟练运用,包括口头和书面表达两个方面。
5.掌握电话记录、邮件、便条、公告、备忘录、招贴、商务信函等应用文体的基本格式及要求。

• The Declaration of Independence is one of the most important documents in the history of the USA and of the world as well. It was drafted by Thomas Jefferson and adopted with a number of minor changes on July 4, 1777, by the representatives of
• the 13 colonies at the Second Continental Congress in Philadelphia. In this public document the colonists in America solemnly proclaimed their independence from British rule. It marked the beginning of a new nation: the United States of America, and therefore July 4 has become the national birthday.

5、产品缺陷责任的赔偿范围
关于产品缺陷责任的基本 形式是损害赔偿。
(1)因产品存在缺陷致人伤害 的赔偿范围
侵害人应当赔偿下列费用:
① 医疗费,即受害人治疗伤残和 疾病支出的费用。
医疗费应当包括医药费、治疗费、 就医交通费、营养费、护理费、住 院(或者旅馆)费。
② 因误工减少的收入,即受害人 因受伤不能参加劳动而损失的经济 收入。
包括工资、奖金、补贴的收入;对 个体工商业者,可按日常平均经济 收入以及当地同行、同等劳动能力 的平均收入,按日计算。
③ 残疾者生活自助器具费、残疾赔偿金、 残废者生活补助费及由其扶养的人所必需 的生活费用等。
丧葬费应当以当地当时老百姓 通常采用的丧葬形式来计算, 而且应当按照这种丧葬形式的 一般水平来计算。
② 死者生前扶养的人必要的生活费。
死者生前扶养的人为死者生前供养的亲属, 包括丧失劳动能力或者未从事有酬工作的 (外)祖父母、父母、不满16岁的子女、其 父母死亡或者不具有劳动能力或者未从事有 酬工作的未满l6岁的孙子女,以及死者生前 供养的未满16岁的弟妹。死者生前抚养的人 的必要生活费,一般以当地群众的一般生活 水平为准,并且只是死者应当负担的那份。
