PT100铂热敏电阻在工业上是常用的。

从电阻随温度的变化来看,大多数金属导体都具有这种特性,但并不是所有的金属导体都可以用作热阻。

金属材料对热阻的一般要求如下:尽可能大且稳定的温度系数,大电阻率(在相同灵敏度下减小传感器的尺寸)和使用温度范围具有稳定的化学和物理性能,良好材料的可复制性,以及电阻和温度之间的函数关系。

它也是最常见的PT100指数。

R0是0度是铂电阻的阻值,对于Pt100,Ro就等于100

B=-5.802乘10负7次幂
C=-4.274乘10的负12
三、比较简洁的计算方法:
PT100在0摄氏度的时候电阻值为100欧姆,然后温度每升高一度,电阻值增加0.385欧姆,具有良好的线性。

公式中的A,B,系数为实验测定。

这里给出标准的DIN IEC751系数:A=3.9083E-3、B=-5.775E-7、C=-4.183E-12根据韦达公式求得阻值大于等于100欧姆的Rt -〉t的换算公式:0≤t<850℃ t=(sqrt((A*R0)^2-4*B*R0*(R0-Rt))-A*R0)/2/B/R0。
