在本合同中，甲乙双方同意按照下列条款和条件进行货物交易。

四、合同终止

2. 如因乙方原因导致货物无法按期交付，乙方应承担甲方因此而造成的所有损失。

2. If party B is unable to deliver the goods on time due to its own reasons, party B shall be responsible for all losses suffered by party A.
