The Party A shall supply finished products of spare parts for PC-189 desktop computers to Party B. The Party B shall be responsible for the packing and labeling with the trade mark and labels the same as the original ones. • 3. The monthly sales of the Party B shall not be less than 300 sets/box. • 4. This contract shall be cancelled at any time should the Party B fail to meet the agreed sales quantity for half a year.
