内容简介:遗传学是研究生物遗传和变异规律的一门科学。它是生物科学中一门重要的基础理论科学。因此,遗传学是生物类各专业的专业基础必修课。本门课程主要是运用分析和推论的方法阐述遗传学原理。内容包括:孟德尔式遗传分析、连锁遗传分析与作图、基因精细结构的遗传分析、病毒的遗传分析、细菌的遗传分析、遗传重组、原核生物基因的表达及其调控、遗传与发育、体细胞遗传、核外遗传、染色体畸变、基因突变、群体遗传与进化、数量性状的遗传分析。课程讲授的重点,是遗传学三大规律及其应用、基因定位、染色体结构与数目变异、细菌的遗传分析、分子遗传学基础和数量遗传学基础等内容。难点是连锁分析与基因定位;染色体数目变异与遗传分析;基因组学;转座因子和数量性状基因定位等内容。通过本门课程的学习,使学生能够对遗传学的研究内容、对遗传与变异的本质、遗传学主要的研究方法与研究思路和分析特点达到清楚的认识,并学会与其它知识之间的联系。

Course description:Genetics is the study of heredity and variation law of a science. It is an important biological sciences on the basis of theoretical science . Thus , for each class of biological genetics professional basic course. The main course is the use of analysis and inference methods elaborated the principles of genetics . Include: Mendelian genetic analysis, expression of genetic linkage analysis and mapping, genetic analysis of the fine structure of genes , genetic analysis of the virus, genetic analysis of bacteria, genetic recombination , and gene regulation in prokaryotes , genetic and developmental , physical cytogenetics , genetic nuclear epigenetic , chromosomal aberrations, gene mutation , population genetics and evolution, quantitative trait analysis .

Courses taught will focus on the three laws of genetics and its applications, gene mapping, chromosome structure and number variation, genetic analysis of bacteria, molecular and genetic basis of quantitative genetics -based content. The difficulty is linkage analysis and gene mapping ; chromosome number variation and genetic analysis ; genomics ; transposable elements and gene mapping quantitative trait content . Through the study of this course , students can study the contents of the genetics and the nature of the genetic variation , genetics major research methods and research ideas and analysis features to achieve a clear understanding of , and learn other knowledge of contact between .
