1. How is college different to high school?

There’s a big different between high school and college in spare time. In high school, I had little spare time. I studied all the time. Doing the exercise all the time. I couldn’t do things what I like. All the things I was forced to do are to prepare for the college entrance examination. But in the college, I have much spare time. College life is colorful. There’re many activities for us to take part in. I can read books what I like in the library.

In addition, studying in college is much different from that at high school. We study in college is to promote accomplishment, to prepare for the future job. Last but no least, we live in school’s dormitory in college with classmates.

2.Have you ever had, or would you like to have, a pet?

Yes. I had a dog. Dogs are lovely and they are the friends of our human beings. Keeping dogs would be a method to take care of the disabled in some families. Moreover, dogs could guard our house, and they could company with us .

3.How does your family usually celebrate Chinese New Year?

During the spring festival, we use red lantern and Spring Festival couplets decorate our house. People usually put on all kinds of new clothes. We are all together eat delicious food with relations. I want to study because study can rich my knowledge. By reading, I can know a

6.What do you like about China?

I think China is great. I like Chinese culture, Chinese food and Chinese people. Firstly, Chinese culture told me to have humilityand be moderate. That’s very useful in modern times.Our ancestors taught us keep learning something from others all the times.

Secondly, I enjoy Chinese food every much. There’s a hit documentary named a bite of China shows the delicious food around China, which makes my mouth watered every time when I watch it.

Finally, I really enjoy be with Chinese people, though everyone may have some kind of shortages. Most of Chinese people are friendly, caring, helping.

7.Would you like to own a car? Why or why not?

Actually, I don’t want to own a car .First, once buying a car, I will devote unlimited m oney to it. Next, for our country, the car will release the air pollutant doing harm to th e environment .What’s more, driving cars

sometimes is dangerous. If inconvenient, we can take a taxi for a change.

8.In your opinion, what qualities are important in a friend?

In my opinion, friend is someone who would accept me as what I am and who I am. None of us is perfect as we are human beings not angels. So friend is the one who accept me as it is, point out my weak points and also help me to improve them.

The important thing is, he or she should be honest. I hate people lie to me, I think it’s essential for friends to communicate with honest. Should rich people help poor people?

yes，they should. Because it is our tradition that we should help others who are in trouble. The rich should try to give money to the poor by face to face instead of raising their money for some charities. Or they can just open some schools in the poor area to provide them a better education.

10.Who was your favorite teacher in high school, and why?

My favorite teacher is my Chinese teacher, Mr. Lui. She is a middle-aged woman .Unlike other teachers, she can not only teach us the necessary knowledge, but also tells us how to conduct ourselves in society and care us so much. Till now , I sometimes go back to the school to see she ,and talk with she about what happened to me.

11.When did you last go on a holiday? What was it like?

On the last summer vacation, I went to Xiamen with some of my friends.

We went there for rest and relaxing myself.

It is a beautiful place with blue sky, white cloud and blue sea. We went to Gulangyu. It is really a beautiful place. We blew sea wind, and relax ourselves.

I like novel because I can taste different lives and see different people in it. I think the hobbies what I like are different from my parents’. I like surf on the Internet ,but they don’t like. They like watching TV. I like buy many things by computer, but my mother like go out to go shopping. But we all have a same bobby. We all like sport. We are usually playing pingpong together.

15.Is it important to look good? Why or why not?

I think it is of much importance. Good appearance can give others a nice impression. This is an essential advantage.

Looking good does not mean dressing up with fancy cloths and jewelries, or having the perfect body sharp.

It's just simply about wearing properly and behaves well at different occasions . That will make you feel good too, and become more confident about yourself.

A person is popular with others for a long time, not for the outstanding appearance, but the self-cultivation, wisdom, intelligence, and knowledge. So we should enrich ourselves with more knowledge. If you have a good look, people will treat you with more respect, and many things will be better.

Yes, China should continue the space program.

For one thing, China's research into the space actually reflects the needs of

For another thing, there are a wealth of precious resources in the space, which can benefit people a lot. What's more, there is only one earth, and the space may be a alternative to people's living.

17.Do you agree with the saying, “Career comes before marriage”(先立业后成家)? In my opinion, I think career or marriage Should let nature take its course. If you meet a right person ,you can marriage with him or she. Than you are all together to work hard. Instead ,if you have a good opportunity ,you can work hard to create your career. So, I think career and marriage have no separate.

I think religion is a good thing. If a person believe in religion, he will have a belief. This belief will guide his behavior. The good religion will give him the strength. He will be positive in life and respect for others.

In my opinion, marriage is a kind of partnership .

The first thing is commitment. Commitment is the building block of all relationships and without it, the relationship will not go far. Both partners need to recognize that a relationship is serious business where they have to invest in intelligence and commitment.
