1． General principles总则

1.1. This vessel is a seagoing ship which is classed BV. Therefore, in addition to meet the requirement of dock and sea trial program, also shall meet the requirement of the relevant examination and sea trial regulations of BV. This sea trial program can be carried out if approved by BV and shipowner.

本船为入级BV之海船，因此，除满足本系泊与航行试验大纲外，也应满足BV有关检验和试航的规则，此

试验大纲需经BV及船东认可方能执行。

1.2. This program includes the inspection and confirmation of general performance、general arrangement and ship’s equipment of this ship after construction, As for the test and confirmation of machinery and electrical equipment of this vessel please see additional document.

本大纲包括了检验和认定本船建造后的船舶总体性能，船舶总体布置和船舶设备。至于本船之轮机与电气设备的试验和认可请参见另外的技术文件。

1.3. The mooring and sea trial of this vessel shall be carried out after completion of the vessel, to inspect the technical performance and construction quality of this vessel, and to provide technical data for navigation department、designing and survey department.

本船之系泊和航行试验在本船完工后进行，以检查船的技术性能与建造质量，并为用船部门、设计和检验部门提供所需之技术数据。

1.4. The shipyard is responsible for organizing the test and experiment work, shipowner and design center representative shall take part in these jobs, all the items need to be checked shall be checked in the presence of BV surveyor according to BV rules,

船厂负责组织检验与试验工作，船主和设计单位的代表应参加这些工作，检验BV规定的所有要检验的项目，应有BV之验船人员的参与。

1.5. The items below shall be examined before mooring trial.

以下项目应在系泊试验之前进行检验;

1.5.1. According to relevant rules and technical data of this ship’s drawing, inspect the quality of hull structure、cabin arrangement, all kinds of deck machinery and living facilities installation, all kinds of fire protection 、lifesaving and safety equipment whether meet the requirements.

按照本船之图纸有关规则及技术资料，检查本船之船体结构质量、舱室布置、各种甲板机械和生活设施的安装、各种防火、救生和安全设施的配置是否满足要求。

2. All deck machinery and ship's equipment must be provided with qualified certificate, The item need to be inspected by class shall be provided with the classification society certificate.

所有甲板机械与船舶设备必须提供质量合格证书，需经船检部门检验的项目需提供船级社证书。

1.5.3. All kinds of test document (including tightness test) and approval document while the hull is construction and installation of equipment.

在船体建造和设备安装期间的各种试验（包括密性试验）和认可文件。

The inclining test shall be carried out according to the "inclining test program" before sea trial and the sea trial can only be carried out after eliminating the problems and defects which are found in inclining test and subject to prior approval by classification society and shipowner.

航行试验前应依据“倾斜试验大纲”进行倾斜试验，并在消除了倾斜试验之中所发现之问题和缺陷并在船级社及船东同意之后才能进行航行试验。
