注意事项
1、报告无“实验室章”及无主捡、审核、批准人签字无效。
2、报告涂改无效，其复印件未重新加盖“实验室章”无效。
3、送样检测，检测结果仅对来样负责。
4、受检剩余样品务必在收到本检测报告二个月（时效期短的按有效期限）内领取。逾期不领者，视为放弃该样品。
5、如对本报告有异议，应于收到报告之日起十五日内提出，逾期不予受理。
ATTENTION
1、The report is invalid without inspection stamp and signature of test ,audit and approval.
2、The report would be invalid if altered ,copy of the report would be invalid unless stamped.
3、Test report is valid only for the samples in the case of delivering samples by clents.
4、The client should get back the remaining samples in two months after receiving the report. Overdue sample is deemed to be abandoned.
5、If there is any objection concerning the report ,it is required that all the objection should be put forth to the test center within 15days after receiving the report by clients. Otherwise any request would be refused.
