Nice to hear from you and I’m so glad that you invited me to spend a holiday with you in England after the college entrance examination. Thanks for the invitation a lot.

As far as I’m concerned, I’d like to go with you because it’s a good chance for me to have a better understanding of British culture and release my pressure in study and tests. Besides, I’ve learnt that there are many tourist attractions in Britain such as the Big Ben and the Buckingham Palace. Also, I’d like to have a look at the University of Cambridge which is the top 3 college all around the world. The most important thing is that, I am a fanatic fan of Harry Potter and Britain was where this series of movies shot. I really want to have an experience of traveling in the Hogwards School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in flesh and that’s what I’ve been dreaming of. I couldn’t help imagining the breathtaking scenery in Britain and those interesting activities w e are going to take part in. So let’s just go there without hesitation.

Dear Jim,

How is everything going? It was such a delight and grateful for me to receive your invitation after being occupied with a bunch of school stuff.

I would like to accept your invitation since there’s been a keen interest housed in my heart for traveling in Britain. As we all know, the sightseeing there is gorgeous so that the pressure can be released by sinking into the scenery. Besides, I am fond of British history and eager to develop a further study to enrich my knowledge. You must be the expert on this aspect. I could imagine the walks we took along the riverside, accompanied by the ancient buildings which witnessed the ups and downs of the city. Last but not lease, it’s of great significance to go abroad and explore the local traditions, putting ourselves into a brand new environment.
