摘要

随着社会经济的发展，人民的生活水平不断提高，居民的消费结构也在发生着重大变化，对健康生活、绿色生活的追求日益显现，尤其是对各种食用菌的需求越来越大。香菇是世界上第二大类的食用菌，其发展影响到全国食用菌产业的发展。香菇营养丰富，经科学鉴定，香菇含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸以及人体健康所需的各种维生素。河南西峡是我国著名的香菇生产基地，被誉为“中国香菇之乡”，是“南菇北移”后，我国最大的香菇生产基地。西峡香菇是是河南省的出口量较大的农产品，远销日本、韩国、美国、东南亚等国家和地区。西峡香菇是西峡农业的支柱性产业，在农民摆脱贫困，走向致富道路上发挥了强大的推进作用，同时也促进了西峡县经济的发展，与此同时，西峡香菇产业发展也面临着严重的问题。本文通过对西峡香菇产业发展现状及出口现状进行研究，详述西峡香菇的优势和产业现状，对产业化概念进行了概述，介绍了产业化的内涵和三种基本模式。运用SWOT分析法分析了西峡香菇发展现状中的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁。探讨了西峡香菇的出口现状以及其在国际市场中所面临的重重阻碍，最后结合“十三五”现代农业发展总体形势和政策取向和“互联网+”技术就西峡香菇出口问题提出了相应的解决对策。

Abstract

With the development of social economy, people's living standards improve, people's consumption structure is also in the event of a major change in the pursuit of healthy living, the green life emerging, especially there is an increasing demand for all kinds of edible fungi. Xianggu mushroom is the second kinds of edible fungi in the world, and its development affect the development of the national edible fungus industry. Mushroom and rich nutrition, via scientific appraisal, xianggu mushroom contains rich protein, amino acids, and all so rts of vitamins needed by the human body health. Henan Xi‘Xia is China's famous mushroom production base, known as "the hometown of mushroom in China", is "south mushroom north", is the biggest mushroom production base in China. Xi‘Xia xianggu mushroom is a large agricultural products in Henan province exports, exported to Japan, South Korea, the United States, southeast Asia and other countries and regions. Xi‘Xia mushroom is Xi‘Xia agricultural pillar industries, farmers out of poverty, to become rich roa d has played a strong boost, but also promoted the xi‘xia county's economic development, at the same time, Xi‘Xia mushroom industry development is faced with serious problems. This article through to Xi‘Xia mushroom industry development present situation and the research status quo of the export, described the advantages and industry status quo of Xi‘Xia mushrooms to concept of industrialization were summarized and introduced the connotation and three basic modes of industrialization. USES SWOT to analyze t he Xi’Xia mushroom and development situation of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Discusses Xi‘Xia mushroom export status and its faced many obstacles in the international market, finally combining "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" general situation of modern agricultural development and policy orientation and "Internet +" technology Xi‘Xia mushroom export problem put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
