1. go after 寻找；追求

He is going after that pretty girl. 他在追求那个漂亮的女孩子。

2. go down 去某地；下去, (日)落；(船)沉; (计算机)停机(故障)

He got home before the sun went down. 太阳下山前他到了家

The wind has gone down a little. 风势已减弱了一些。

3. go in for 从事；参加(考试；竞赛)；喜欢上(业余爱好)

I am going in for an entrance examination next year. 我明年参加入学考试。
