摘要

进入20世纪以来,随着科学技术和电子工业的飞速发展,人们广泛利用互联网来获取世界各地的信息。与此同时,电子商务开始在全球范围内很快被人们适应。电子商务作为一种新的商业模式的网络经济,让人们体会到足不出户、网上购物的便利性和极大的乐趣。

第三方支付平台为买家和卖家提供信誉保证,通过第三方支付平台的中介支付完成整个交易,实现网络购物的安全保证。同时,网上银行的建设很大程度上减少了网点的开设和运营成本。网上银行业务的多样性和便利性成为商业银行吸引客户、提升竞争力的有效手段。

一方面,商业银行与第三方支付平台在发展过程中,必然出现业务的重合,产生两者之间的竞争关系。第一,由于第三方支付使用网络作为工具直接降低了银行卡交易的频率,对于银行卡这种载体的发展产生制约;第二,第三方支付的主要方式是在线交易,而其方便快捷的固有优势又加剧了在线交易的产生,电子商务的发展减少了实体交易,在实体店交易中,银行能够从刷卡交易中得到可观的手续费收入,而在第三方交易中手续费比较低甚至没有。

另一方面,第三方支付在日常交易中积累了大量有关企业交易行为的数据,这些数据可以反映企业的信用等情况,其中也包括银行监管和贷款方面所需要了解的。

通过以上分析,本文揭示了商业银行与第三方支付在电子商务领域中同时存在着合作关系与竞争关系,通过对两者的优劣势关系进行归纳分析和总结,以期能够对现实资本市场有一定的参考。

ABSTRACT

Since the 20th century, with the rapid development of science and technology and electronics industries, widespread use of the Internet to access information from all over the world. At the same time, electronic commerce has started on a global scale quickly people adapt. E-commerce as a new business model of network economy, so that people appreciate the stay at home, online shopping convenience and great fun.

Third-party payment platform for buyers and sellers to provide credit guarantee, payment platform through third-party intermediaries to pay to complete the transaction, network shopping security. Meanwhile, the construction of online banking has considerably reduced the outlets open and operating costs. Diversity and convenience of online banking has become an effective means of commercial banks to attract customers, improve competitiveness.

On the one hand, commercial banks and third-party payment platform in the development process, there will be overlap of business, resulting in a competitive relationship between the two. First, because the third-party payment using the network as a tool to directly reduce the frequency of bank card transactions, bank cards such vectors for the development of generation constraints; second, the main form of third-party payment online trading,

Through the above analysis, the paper points out the commercial banks and third-party payment in e-commerce in partnership with the simultaneous existence of competition, through the advantages and disadvantages to both summarize the relationship between analysis and summary, in order to be able to have some real capital markets reference.
