钢结构安装专项施工方案

统一要求:

1.钢构件的运输和存放

为了保证钢构件不产生变形、不损伤涂层,钢构件应根据安装顺序进行编号分单元成套供应。在运输钢构件时,应根据钢构件的长度和重量选用车辆,并保证钢构件在运输车辆上的支点、两端伸出的长度及绑扎方法均符合要求。钢构件存放场地应平整坚实,无积水,并按种类、型号、安装顺序分区存放。在叠放相同型号的钢构件时,各层钢构件的支点应在同一垂直线上,并应防止钢构件被压坏和变形。不符合设计及验收标准的钢构件不得运至现场。

2.材料和钢构件的要求和验收

1)材料和钢构件

钢结构工程所采用的钢料、焊接材料、连接材料和涂装材料,应具有质量证明书,并应符合设计要求和国家标准、规范的规定,并按国家标准、规范的规定进行抽样检验。钢构件和半成品应符合国家标准、规范的规定,同时还应符合监理的规定。

2)钢构件现场验收

钢构件在运输到现场后,应按照施工图和《钢结构工程施工质量验收程范》(GB—2001)的规定进行验收。验收时应按构件明细表核对进场的构件,查验产品合格证和设计文件。钢构件外形尺寸的允许偏差应符合GB-2001规范附录C的规定。钢构件外形应标注构零件的名称、编号、中心线、控制基准线、重量、重心和吊点位置等标记,并应有必要的安装定位板(器)。构件的包装应符合运输的有关规定,同时应保护构件摩擦面和涂层,确保构件和零件不会变形、损坏或散失。螺纹应涂防锈剂并应包裹。传力铣平面和轴孔的内壁应涂抹防锈剂,铰轴和铰轴孔应采取保护措施。

3)钢构件出厂应提交的资料

钢构件出厂时应提交产品合格证、施工图和设计变更文件,设计变更的内容应在施工图中相应部位注明。此外,还应提交钢构件加工图和制作中对技术问题处理的协议文件,以及所用钢材、连接(焊材、螺栓等)材料和涂装材料的质量证明书和必要的试验报告。对于首次采用的钢材、焊接材料、焊接方法和焊后热处理等,还应提交焊接工艺评定报告和高强度螺栓摩擦面抗滑移系数实测、试验报告。最后,还应提交焊缝无损检验报告及涂层检测资料和主要构件验收记录、构件发运和包装清单。

钢结构安装和校正:

钢结构安装必须按照本方案进行,并必须保证结构的稳定性和不导致永久性变形。在安装前,应按构件明细表核对进场的构件,并清除构件表面上的油污、冰雪、泥沙和灰尘等杂物。安装过程中的制孔、组装和焊接等工序施工应符合本方案中的规定。

When installing and correcting steel structures。the influence of external factors such as wind。temperature difference。and sunlight。as well as welding n。should be considered。and corresponding adjustments should be made.

The length and size of columns。beams。and supports should include the welding shrinkage allowance and the compressive n value caused by the load on the column。When installing columns。the ning axis of each n of the column should be directly drawn from the ground control axis。The floor and column ns should meet the design requirements。and the allowable n should comply with the ns in Appendix E of GB-2001.After all components on the same floor are installed。corrected。connected。and accepted。the ning axis of the next column can be drawn from the ground.

For component ns and fixing。the joint should be inspected and qualified before tightening or welding。When welding and high-strength bolts are used together。the n should be carried out in the order of high-strength bolt n first and then welding.
