摘要

板式换热器是一种高效紧凑的换热设备,它被应用到食品工业、冶金工业、机电工业、造纸工业、石油工业等领域。而且其类型、结构和使用范围还在不断发展。焊接型板式换热器的紧凑性好,重量轻、传热性能好、初始成本低特点。

板式换热器的传热性能与板面的波纹形状、尺寸及板面组合方式都有密切关系。对于任何一种新型结构尺寸板片的传热及阻力特性,都只有通过实验计算测定。对于无相变传热,多数制造商都能提供关联式;对于相变传热,绝大多数的产品,尚不能提供相应的关联式。

本文对板式换热器的发展及应用领域作了简要的介绍,通过应用板式换热器的传热机理。对板式换热器进行了热力计算和阻力计算,在满足了校核条件下,设计了板式换热器的基本结构如框架形式,板片结构及流程组合方式等结构参数。确定了板片数为149的并联式流程组合的板式换热器,用Auto CAD绘制零件图及总图。

Abstract

Plate heat exchanger is a compact and efficient heat transfer equipment, it is applied to the food industry, metallurgical industry, electromechanical industry, paper industry, oil industry and other fields. And its type, structure and scope are still evolving, Welded plate heat exchanger compactness has the features such as light weight, good heat transfer performance and low initial cost.

Plate heat exchanger heat transfer performance of corrugated board shape, size and board composition are closely related. A new structure for any size of plate heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics are determined only by experimental calculations. For the non-phase-change heat transfer, most manufacturers can provide correlation; for the phase-change heat transfer, the vast majority of products, yet can not provide the corresponding correlation.

In this paper, by the using of plate heat exchanger heat transfer mechanism the development of plate heat exchanger and applications are briefly introduced.It carried out the plate heat exchanger thermal calculation and resistance calculations, and designed the basic structure of the plate heat exchanger such as the frameworks, structure and processes combinations to meet the verification condition.Finally it determined the parallel flow plate heat exchanger with 149 of the plates and combined with Auto CAD drawing parts diagram and assembly drawings.
