ABB AC DrivesACS880-01…+C212 Extension Box,1 – 60 HP at 230V1 – 150 HP at 480V7.5 – 125 HP at 575VDocument No. 3AXD50000043508 Rev. 0ACS880-01…+C212 Extension Box Installation Quick GuideThe ACS880-01…+C212 Extension Box is an ACS880-01 wall-mounted variable frequency AC drive on a back panel with an electrical box for additional devices. Standard devices include line fuses to protect the drive and a power distribution block. Optional devices includes a line discon-nect switch, control power transformer, switches and pilot lights as well as ACS880-01 options for fieldbus, input/output adapters, special software, etc.1. Safety in installation and maintenanceElectrical safetyThese warnings are intended for all who work on the drive, motor cable or motor.WARNING! Ignoring the following instructions can cause physical injury or death, or damage to the equipment:– Only qualified electricians are allowed to install and maintain the drive.– Never work on the drive, motor cable or motor when main poweris applied. After disconnecting the input power, always wait for 5minutes to let the intermediate circuit capacitors discharge before you start working on the drive, motor or motor cable.– Always ensure by measuring with a multimeter (impedance at least 1 Mohm) that:– Voltage between drive input phases L1, L2 and L3 and the frameis close to 0 V– Voltage between terminals UDC+ and UDC- and the frame isclose to 0 V.– Do not work on the control cables when power is applied to the drive or to the external control circuits. Externally supplied control circuits may cause dangerous voltages inside the drive even when the main power on the drive is switched off.– Do not make any insulation or voltage withstand tests on the drive.– Do not connect the drive to a voltage higher than what is markedon the type designation label. Higher voltage can activate the brake chopper and lead to brake resistor overload, or activate the overvolt-age controller what can lead to motor rushing to maximum speed. Note:– The motor cable terminals on the drive are at a dangerously highvoltage when the input power is on, regardless of whether the motor is running or not.– The DC terminals (UDC+, UDC-) carry a dangerous DC voltage (over 500 V) when internally connected to the intermediate DC circuit.– Depending on the external wiring, dangerous voltages (115 V, 220V or 230 V) may be present on the terminals of relay outputs (XRO1, XRO2 and XRO3).– The Safe torque off function does not remove the voltage from themain and auxiliary circuits. The function is ineffective against deliber-ate sabotage or misuse.IMPORTANT: Other Safety InformationBefore handling the equipment or connecting voltage to the drive, see ACS880 Hardware Manual (3AUA0000078093) Chapter 1 Safety in-structions for additional information on grounding, lifting, starting up and operating the equipment. This guide instructs briefly how to install the drive. Precautions for UseThis product is for use only with reflow soldering. It is designed to be mounted by soldering. If you want to use other mounting method, for example, using a conductive adhesive, please consult us beforehand. Also, if repeatedly subjected to temperature cycles or other thermal stress, due to the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion with the mounting substrate, the solder (solder fillet part) in the mounting part may crack. The occurrence of cracks due to thermal stress is affected by the size of the land where mounted, the solder volume, and the heat dissipation of the mounting substrate. Carefully design it when a large change in ambient temperature is assumed.12.1 Land dimensionsThe following diagram shows the recommended land dimensions for reflow soldering. The land dimensions are designed in consideration of electrical characteristics and mountability. Use of other landdimensions may preclude achievement of performance. In some cases, it may result in poor solderability, including positional shift. If you use other land pattern, consider it adequately.a 0.23b 0.65c 0.4(in mm)WDLabelH12.2 Flux and solder usedFlux• Use a rosin-based flux that includes an activator with a chlorine conversion value of 0.06(wt)% to 0.1(wt)%. • Do not use a highly acidic flux with a halide content exceeding 0.2(wt)% (chlorine conversion value). • Do not use a water-soluble flux.Solder• Use Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu solder.• Standard thickness of solder paste: 80 μm to 100 μmIf you want to use a flux other than the above, please consult our technical department.12.3 Soldering conditions (reflow)• Pre-heating should be in such a way that the temperature difference between solder and product surface is limited to 150°C max.Cooling into solvent after soldering also should be in such a way that the temperature difference is limited to 100°C max. Insufficient pre-heating may cause cracks on the product, resulting in the deterioration of product quality. • Standard soldering profile and the limit soldering profile is as follows. The excessive limit soldering conditions may cause leaching of the electrode and/or resulting in the deterioration of product quality.Standard profile Limit profilePre-heating 150°C to 180°C/90 s±30 s 150°C to 180°C/90 s±30 s HeatingAbove 220°C/30 s to 60 sAbove 230°C/60 s max.Peak temperature 245°C±3°C 260°C/10 s Number of reflow cycles2 times2 times12.4 Reworking with soldering ironDo not perform reworking with a soldering iron on this product.12.5 Solder volumeSolder shall be used not to increase the volume too much.An increased solder volume increases mechanical stress on the product. Exceeding solder volume may cause the failure of mechanical or electrical performance.Limit ProfileStandard Profile90s±30s230℃260℃245℃±3℃220℃30s~60s60s max.180150Temp.(s)(℃)Time.12.6 Product's locationThe following shall be considered when designing and laying out PCBs.(1) PCB shall be designed so that products are not subject to mechanical stress due to warping the board. [Products direction]Products shall be located in the sideways direction (length: a < b) to the mechanical stress.(2) Components location on PCB separationIt is effective to implement the following measures, to reduce stress in separating the board. It is best to implement all of the following three measures; however, implement as many measures as possible to reduce stress.Contents of measures Stress level(1) Turn the mounting direction of the component parallel to theboard separation surface.A > D *1 (2) Add slits in the board separation part.A >B (3) Keep the mounting position of the component away from the board separation surface.A > C*1 A > D is valid when stress is added vertically to the perforation as with hand separation. If a cutting disc is used, stress will be diagonal to the PCB, therefore A > D is invalid.(3) Mounting components near screw holesWhen a component is mounted near a screw hole, it may be affected by the board deflection that occurs during the tightening of the screw.Mount the component in a position as far away from the screw holes as possible.12.7 Handling of substrateAfter mounting products on a substrate, do not apply any stress to the product caused by bending or twisting to the substrate when cropping the substrate, inserting and removing a connector from the substrate or tightening screw to the substrate. Excessive mechanical stress may cause cracking in the product.Bending Twisting〈Poor example 〉〈Good example〉ba12.8 CleaningThe product shall be cleaned under the following conditions.(1) The cleaning temperature shall be 60°C max. If isopropyl alcohol (IPA) is used, the cleaning temperature shall be 40°Cmax.(2) Perform ultrasonic cleaning under the following conditions. Exercise caution to prevent resonance phenomenon inmounted products and the PCB.Item RequirementPower 20 W/L max.Time 5 min max.Frequency 28 kHz to 40 kHz(3) CleanerAlcohol-based cleaner: IPAAqueous agent: PINE ALPHA ST-100S(4) There shall be no residual flux or residual cleaner. When using aqueous agent, rinse the product with deionized wateradequately and completely dry it so that no cleaner is left.* For other cleaning, consult our technical department.12.9 Storage and transportationStorage period Use the product within 12 months after delivery. If you do not use the product for more than 12 months, check solderability before using it.Storage conditions • The products shall be stored in a room not subject to rapid changes in temperature and humidity. The recommended temperature range is -10°C to +40°C. The recommended relative humidityrange is 15% to 85%.Keeping the product in corrosive gases, such as sulfur, chlorine gas or acid, oxidizes theelectrode, resulting in poor solderability or corrosion of the coil wire of the product.• Do not keep products in bulk packaging. Doing so may cause collision between the products orbetween the products and other products, resulting in core chipping or wire breakage.• Do not place the products directly on the floor; they should be placed on a palette so that they arenot affected by humidity or dust.• Avoid keeping the products in a place exposed to direct sunlight, heat or vibration.Transportation Excessive vibration and impact reduces the reliability of the products. Exercise caution whenhandling the products.12.10 Resin coatingThe inductance value may change due to high cure-stress of resin to be used for coating/molding products.A wire breakage issue may occur by mechanical stress caused by the resin, amount/cured shape of resin, or operatingcondition etc. Some resin contains some impurities or chloride possible to generate chlorine by hydrolysis under some operating condition may cause corrosion of wire of coil, leading to wire breakage. So, please pay your careful attention when you select resin in case of coating/molding the products with the resin.Prior to use the coating resin, please make sure no reliability issue is observed by evaluating products mounted on your board.12.11 Handling of product• Sharp material such as a pair of tweezers or other material such as bristles of cleaning brush, shall not be touched to the winding portion to prevent the breaking of wire.• Mechanical shock should not be applied to the products mounted on the board to prevent the breaking of the core.12.12 Handling with mounting equipment• With some types of mounting equipment, a support pin pushes up the product from the bottom of the base (paper) tape when the product is sucked with the pick-up nozzle. When using this type of equipment, detach the support pin to prevent the breaking of wire on the product.• In some cases, the laser recognition function of the mounting equipment may not recognize this product correctly. Please contact us when using laser recognition. Baculovirus Expression Vector System (BEVS) 产品说明书
IntroductionThe Baculovirus Expression Vector System (BEVS) is a widely used tool for the production and expression of baculoviruses and recombinant proteins. The Sf9 and Sf21 insect cell lines, derived from the ovaries of the fall armyworm Spodoptera frugiperda, have been the cell lines of choice when using the BEVS technology. Recently, Protein Sciences Corporation1developed a new cell line derived from Spodoptera frugiperda, which is morphologically and genetically different from the Sf9 cell line2. The cell line, expres SF+®, was developed using a series of stringent selection steps in serum-free medium with added insulin2. The cell line was designed to possess characteristics that favor the commercial production of baculoviruses and recombinant proteins.EX-CELL TM420 Serum-Free Medium for nsect Cells is a serum-free, protein-free medium designed and optimized for suspension culture of Spodopteran cell lines. Previous studies with this medium have shown that Sf9 and Sf21 cells adapt easily to EX-CELL TM420, and that EX-CELL TM420 supports high cell densities, baculovirus production and secreted and intracellular recombinant protein expression3,4. Experiments were designed to assess the ease with which expres SF+®cells adapt to EX-CELL TM420, to evaluate cell growth and viability in shaker flask culture and to determine freezing conditions. The results demonstrate that expres SF+®cells quickly adapt to EX-CELL TM420, with no observed decrease in cell growth or viability. expres SF+®cell viabilities and densities in EX-CELL TM420 were comparable to those seen in cultures grown in Sf-900 I I SFM, (I nvitrogen Corporation) and expres SF+®cells frozen in fresh EX-CELL TM420 medium with 10% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) exhibited viabilities of about 90% upon thawing from storage in liquid nitrogen.MaterialsCells• expres SF+®Serum-Free I nsect Cells, Protein Sciences Corporation, Catalog No. 1000Media and Supplements• Sf-900 II SFM, Invitrogen Corporation, Catalog No. 10902 • EX-CELL TM420, SAFC Biosciences, Inc., Catalog No. 14420• L-Glutamine Solution 200 mM, SAFC Biosciences, I nc., Catalog No. 59202• DMSO, Sigma-Aldrich Co., Catalog No. D-2650 Methodsexpres SF+®Culture Initiationexpres SF+®cells were handled and subcultured per the manual (Version 1.4) provided by the manufacturer. As such, a new vial of frozen expres SF+®cells was thawed rapidly with agitation in a 28 C water bath. Once a small ice pellet remained, the contents of the vial were added to 100 mL pre-warmed Sf-900 II SFM in a 250 mL spinner flask. The flask was incubated at 28 C in a non-CO2atmosphere, with constant stirring at 100 rpm. The cells were subsequently subcultured into triplicate shaker flasks (50 mL volume per 125 mL flask) at a seeding density of 1.5 x 106cells/mL. Flasks were incubated at 28 C, on an orbital shaker at 135 rpm. Cell counts and viability were monitored using trypan blue exclusion methods. Flasks were subcultured every 2 - 3 days using the same seeding density as above.Direct Adaptation and Continuous Growth of expres SF+®Cells in EX-CELL TM420Cultures initiated in Sf-900 II SFM were passed five times to ensure the cultures were well established. On the sixth pass, the cells were directly subcultured into 100% EX-CELL TM420 medium at a seeding density of 1.5 x 106cells/mL. These cultures were monitored for an additional five passes to assess cell density and viability in EX-CELL TM420. On the sixth pass, a kinetic growth curve was generated by obtaining daily cell counts, until culture viability dropped below 50%.Growth Characteristics of the expres SF+®Serum-Free Insect Cell Line in EX-CELL TM420 Serum-Free MediaTechnical BulletinUnited States SAFC Biosciences, Inc. 13804 W. 107th Street EuropeSAFC Biosciences Ltd.Smeaton Road, West PortwayAsia PacificSAFC Biosciences Pty. Ltd.18-20 Export DriveFreeze/T haw Evaluation of expres SF+®Cells in EX-CELL TM 420To evaluate freezing conditions in EX-CELL TM 420, a cell bank of expres SF+®cells was prepared. Mid-log phase cells ( > 95%viable) were harvested and centrifuged to remove spent medium. The cells were resuspended at 3 x 107cells/mL in a cryopreservation medium consisting of 90% fresh EX-CELL TM 420 medium and 10% DMSO. Cells were frozen at a controlled rate and stored under liquid nitrogen. Cell viability post-thaw was determined by thawing 3 vials (1 mL each) of cells and combining them directly into a 125 mLTo demonstrate the kinetic growth curve of expres SF+®cellsin continuous culture, expres SF+®cells were maintained in EX-CELL TM 420 for seven days (see Figure 2). Cell densities increased exponentially over the first two days then appeared to plateau between days two to four, reaching maximum densities of approximately 7 x 106cells/mL. Culture viabilities remained high (above 95%) until day four, after which viabilities dropped to below 50% by day seven. Based on these results, it was confirmed that the optimal time for subculture is during the exponential growth phase of the cells, which is between two to three days in culture. Conclusions• expres SF+®cells can be transferred directly into EX-CELL TM420 from Sf-900 I I SFM without an adaptation period.• expres SF+®cells grown in EX-CELL TM420 achieve densities of 6-7 x 106cells/mL with viabilities greater than 95%.• expres SF+®cells can be frozen and recovered in EX-CELL TM420 with only the addition of 10%DMSO. N-40NTX93、TX93、TX94和TX95传感器传输器说明书
N-40NModels TX93, TX94 and TX95 transmitters can eliminate long runs of costly field wiring in a variety of applications. A stable 4 to 20 mA output signal is provided proportional to the transmitters specific input type and calibratedtemperature range (see Range Code table below). Adjustability of ±25% for zero and span is provided to facilitate some rangeability. The transmitted signal eliminates noise pickup, voltage drops, multiple cold junction errors and requires only a twisted pair of copper wire for loop connections. TX93, TX94 and TX95 are ultra-low profiletransmitters at an economical price.U Ultra-Low Profile Design Only 19 mm (3⁄4") High (Including Terminal Strip)U 4 to 20 mA Output U ±0.1% FS Accuracy U Non-IsolatedU Mounts in Protection HeadInsert range code from chart below.TX93-J4, shown actual size.Transmitter inside!Miniature Temperature Transmitters† 2-lead RTD configurationNotes: (1) Thermocouple models output proportional to mV output of thermocouple. Make sure that pin 1 on theinterface cable (colored stripe) is attached to pin 1 on the drive (see above) and pin 1 on the host adapter.2.Partially insert the drive into the drive bay. Select an unused powerconnector from the power supply and connect it to the drive. Ifthere are no unused power connections on the power supply, you can purchase a “Y” cable adapter from your dealer. This connector will allow you to add another power connection for your new drive.3.Secure the drive with four 6-32 x 0.25 screws. CAUTION: If you usescrews longer than 0.25 inch when mounting the drive, you may damage the drive’s circuit board. The maximum insertion depth for the bottom mounting holes is 0.25 inch; the maximum insertion depth for the side holes is 0.125 inch.About Disk Manager SoftwareThis Seagate drive is shipped with free Disk Manager software installed on a temporary partition on the drive. This software partitions and formats the drive and allows older computers to access the drive’s full capacity. Before you can use the Disk Manager software, you must transfer it from the temporary partition on the drive to a bootable diskette with at least one Mbyte available. To create a bootable diskette, see your DOS manual. Transferring the software to a bootable diskette1.Insert a bootable diskette into drive A.2.Simultaneously press [CTRL], [ALT], and [DEL] to reboot yourcomputer from the bootable diskette.3.During the start-up process, enter your computer’s system setupprogram (sometimes called BIOS or CMOS setup). This is usually done by pressing a special key, such as [DELETE], [ESC], or [F1] during start-ups. See your computer or motherboard manual for system-specific instructions.4.Within the system setup program, configure your new hard drive asDrive Type 2, or enter the following values for a user-definable drive type: 615 cylinders, 4 heads, and 17 sectors per track. Thesetemporary settings allow you to access the Disk Manager software on your new hard disc.5.Save the drive-type settings and exit the system setup program. Youwill have to reboot your computer for the changes to take effect.6.After you reboot your computer, you should be able to access thesoftware on your new hard disc. If your new hard drive is drive C, type C:\SEAMOVE. Press [ENTER]to transfer the disc supportsoftware. Use a different drive letter if necessary. The SEAMOVE program transfers the Disk Manager files from your new hard disc to the bootable diskette in drive A. After all the files have been transferred, SEAMOVE deletes all the files from the hard drive, along with the temporary partition that held them. Running Disk Manager from your bootable software diskette 1.Simultaneously press [CTRL], [ALT], and [DEL] to reboot yourcomputer from the bootable diskette that now contains the DiskManager software. During the start-up process, enter yourcomputer’s system setup program, as described previously.2.Within the system setup program, make sure that a drive type islisted for each ATA hard drive in your computer. Some newercomputers can automatically determine drive-type characteristics, using the Auto drive-type setting. If your computer does notprovide this option, you must manually enter the number ofcylinders, heads, and sectors per track for your new drive, asshown in the table below.Model Heads Cylinders Sectors Capacity*ST31276A162482631275 MbytesST31082A162097631080 MbytesST3636A16124163635 Mbytes*1 Mbyte = 1,000,000 bytes3.Save the drive-type settings and exit the system setup program. You will have to reboot your computer for the changes to takeeffect.4.At the DOS prompt, type A:\DM. Press [ENTER] to run DiskManager5.Follow the instructions on your computer screen. From the mainmenu, select (E)asy Disk Installation. Then press [ENTER].6.At this point, Disk Manager lists all the hard drives that it canrecognize. You should see your new Seagate drive and your oldhard drive (if any). If Disk Manager recognizes all your drives, select the new drive you wish to install and press [ENTER]. DiskManager will format and partition your new drive. If a hard drive is not recognized, exit Disk Manager and turn offyour computer. Check all cables, jumpers and BIOS settings. Then run Disk Manager again.7.Follow the instructions on the Disk Manager post-installationscreens. You're done!NOTES:1) If your computer does not require software support for large hard drives, Disk Manager will optimize your system BIOS settings, then partition and format your new hard disc.2) If Disk Manager has installed software to help your computer access a large hard drive, you should see a blue Disk Manager banner each time you boot your computer. In this case, if you need to boot from a diskette instead of from your hard drive, see the Disk Manager online manual for instructions.3) To view the Disk Manager online manual, insert the Disk Manager diskette and type A:\DM /H. Then press [ENTER]. You can also view the online manual from within Disk Manager by selecting (V)iew/Print Online Manual in the main menu.only if the drive does。
