此文件不包括任何有关消防系统的设计要求。机电系统设计师应与万豪酒店消防部协调以确定消 防系统设计要求。
Energy Initiative Section The following energy conservation strategies must be incorporated into the construction drawings (the same contents will be included in this document at the late chapters (relevant discipline)). 节约能源措施 以下各项机电系统节能要求必须整合在施工图纸内(同样内容将会同时包括在此文件之后的章节 (其所属专业)内)。

Boiler should be equipped with economizer, in order to fulfill local environmental protection/energy saving regulations (whenever applicable); 蒸汽及热水锅炉须配置必要的节能措施(如节能器),以符合国家相关节能环保规范 (其中包括但不限于《锅炉节能技术监督管理规程》(TSG G0002-2010))对锅炉热 效率及烟气温度的要求,并确保燃气时的热效率不低于 95%。

Rating Condition Efficiency); 冷水机组须采用 R123 或 R134a 冷媒。300 冷吨以上水冷式制冷机组总冷容 量需采用水冷离心式冷水机组 , 标准工况下满负荷的用电量不应大于 0.54kW/冷吨。300 冷吨以下水冷式制冷机组总冷容量需采用水冷螺杆式冷 水机, 标准工况下满负荷的用电量不应大于 0.68kW/冷吨。同时,须明确 所采用冷水机组的 IPLV/NPLV 值。

Independent de-humidification heat pump AHU must be used for swimming pool areas; 泳池空调须采用不需设远置冷凝器的空调、通风及池水加热一体化游泳池专用除湿热 泵机组(配置双风机),以利节能及温度控制。

Guestroom hand-held shower maximum flow rate should not be larger than 9 l/min, while rain shower maximum flow rate should not be larger than 15 l/min. 客房内之手持花洒及雨淋花洒须配水流限制器,以确保手持花洒的最大流量为 9 升/ 分钟,雨淋花洒的最大流量为 15 升/分钟。

Air conditioning condensate water should be re-collected for cooling tower make-up, provided that cooling towers are not installed on the roof top. 比冷却塔高的空调冷凝水须接至冷却塔集水盘作冷却塔补水。

Chiller system should equip with at least 1 set of heating recovery type for pre-heating of domestic hot water system. Alternative to heat recovery type chiller is using heat pump. Heat recovery chiller or heat pump to generate hot water is a MUST. If air-cooled heat pumps are used, cold air generated MUST be re-cycled for air-conditioning purposes. Use only VFD chilles. 制冷系统须设有最少一台热回收型冷水机组或同等功效之设备 (如热泵)作 为生活热水的预热用途。如釆用空气冷却热泵系统,所有冷空气须回收至 空调系统循环再用。冷水机组须为变频型号。

The overall chilled water plant control sequencing programme including chiller, cooling towers and associated pumps should be written by the chiller manufacturer but not BMS vendor. The chiller plant control programme should also include system optimization. Maintain maximum 0.8 kW/ton overall chiller plant efficiency. 制冷系统按程序须按序自动开闗(包括制冷机组,冷却㙮及水泵等设备)。编写程序 须包括节能优化系统及需由制冷机组厂商提供。整个冷水空调系统(包括冷水机组, 冷 却塔及相关水泵群组)之最高能耗不能高于 0.8 千瓦/冷吨。

Provide voltage optimizer (ideally combine with SCB 10 transformer). 变压器应为高效低耗型号(建议采用不低于 SCB 10 低耗变压器) 。

Use LED lighting is mandated in all hotel areas. Selection of LED should follow Marriott recommended list or to be approved by lighting consultant. To select the most appropriate, the right lighting ambient model/colour at the right areas. Only use conventional LV halogen lighting where ID needs to have different colour rendition that LED cannot provide. MIHDS/RCHDS Module 15C Table 15C-1 must be strictly followed when doing lighting design. MI/RC will not accept the hotel if the selected lightings overload the power and air-conditioning provision. Limit the maximum lighting load of a standard guestroom within 500 W follows local codes if some areas do not allow incandescent lights. 除非室内设计师及灯光顾问同时认为 LED 灯具不能做到灯光设计的预期效果, 才能使 用传统照明,否则整所饭店的照明均需采用 LED 灯具。请参阅万豪酒店设计标准单元 15C 列表 15C-1。灯具选型总电量不能引致酒店供电及空调冷暖系统超臷。标准客房 的照明灯具总秏电量应不超过 500W。LED 灯具之型号选择应由灯光设计师建议。灯光 设计师对 LED 选型之建议须包括于最适当位置配合最适当的照度及颜色。

To provide air-economizer in all public area AHUs to facilitate free cooling. 建议在冬季须采用室外空气作免费供冷。

The following equipment must be equipped with VFD and should be included as part of the chilled water plant optimization program: 以下机电设备须配置変频器以逹至制冷机组节能优化方案 :a. All AHU. 空调处理机及新风处理机 -1-

Use Grade 1 energy efficient motor for AHU/PAU/Fans/all Pumps. DO NOT oversize the pump capacity; 使用效率不低于 GB18613-2006 一级能效要求的马达于空调机组, 新风机组,风机及水 泵。不要设计过大引致耗能。

All kitchen exhaust hood should be equipped with “Melink Intelligent Hood” or Halton MARVEL system with UV-C grease removal device. Kitchen consultant should ensure such requirement is incorporated in the kitchen design drawings. Gaylord kitchen exhaust system with equivalent performance can also be considered. 厨房排油烟罩须配“Melink Intelligent Hood”或“Halton Marvel”系统。厨房设 计顾问须确保此要求已包括在图纸内。Melink 或 Halton 以外之选择为 Gaylord 具备 同样功能之排油烟罩。
b.
All chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps. 冷冻水泵及冷却水水泵

All cooling tower fans. 冷却塔风机

CO2 sensors MUST be provided for all public AHUs to control outdoor air supply (via BMS). 所有公共区域的新风量须根据该区域内的二氧化碳浓度调节。(所有状态及控制信号须 受楼宇自动控制系统监控。)

All chillers should utilize either R123 or R134a refrigerant. Water cooled chiller over 300 tons cooling capacity should be centrifugal chiller and under 300 tones should be rotary screw chiller with factory mounted starters and microprocessor control. The maximum efficiency range of screw compressor chillers should not be higher than 0.68 kW/ton at full load, while for centrifugal compressor chillers the maximum efficiency should not be higher than 0.54 kW/ton (both according to ARI Standard
Important note: This document does not contain any design requirements for Fire and Life Safety (FLS) systems. Designer should refer seek Marriott FLS specialist’s advices on the relevant design requirements.
In locations where there are cold and intermediate weather conditions, to provide: 冬季须利用室外冷空气提供以下节能设计系统:a. Water-economizer (plate heat-exchanger) to generate chilled water from cooling towers. 必须考虑冬季利用冷却塔通过板式热交换器冷却冷冻水,以利节能。南方 之地理区域可豁免。但须征求酒店方 A&C 同意。

All steam condensate should be recycled to deaerator; 所有蒸汽系统凝结水均须回收至热力除氧器水箱。

Chilled water and space heating water circuits should be equi pped with “SpiroVent” Vacuum Degassers. Refer to attachment for more technical details. 空调冷水/采暖水系统须配 SpiroVent“史派隆”真空脱气机。技术数据请参考阅附 件。
