Course Introduction:
This course mainly studies human resources management in multi-national corporations. The main contents of this course includes: organizational context and structure of international human resource management, international recruitment and selection, international training and development, international performance management, international salary management and international industrial relations. This course lets students master the content of recruitment, training, salary management of international human resources management.
Course Examination:
Students’ Final Scores = Scores of Ordinary Tests * 30% + Scores of the Final Exam * 70% Scores of ordinary tests vary according to students’performance in attendance, homework and practical activities.
The final exam will be an open-book exam.
