10　总是与展望

尽管EH的相关基因研究取得了很大进展,但究竟哪些基因真正与高血压相关?相关程度如何?能否用于高血压的诊断?对高血压的治疗是否具有参考价值?都还不十分清楚。EH存在多基因决定性、遗传一质性、外显不全、表型模糊等诸多因素,不同高血压群体中可能存在不同的高血压相关基因,而且EH相关基因可能是一群,即形成一个高血压相关基因群谱,相信随着研究策略的不断发展,将会使原发性高血压相关基因研究取得突破性进展。
