摘 要:目的 研究小果菝葜S milax d av idiana 的化学成分。方法 采用60%乙醇回流提取,大孔吸附树脂SP825、Sephadex L H -20、硅胶和O DS 柱色谱,以及制备HP LC 等方法进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 从小果菝葜中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为白藜芦醇(Ñ)、反式白藜芦醇-3-O -B -D -吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ò)、顺式白藜芦醇-3-O -B -D -吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ó)、槲皮素-3-O -A -L -吡喃鼠李糖苷(Ô)、3c -甲氧基-槲皮素-3-O -A -L -吡喃鼠李糖苷(Õ)、儿茶素(Ö)、表儿茶素(×)、1c -O -苄基-A -L -吡喃鼠李糖基-(1y 6)-B -D -吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ø)、1c -O -苯乙基-A -L -吡喃鼠李糖基-(1y 6)-B -D -吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ù)、1c -O -苯乙基-B -D -呋喃芹菜糖基-(1y 2)-B -D -吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ú)、2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-2,4-二-O -B -D -吡喃葡萄糖苷(Û)、3-甲基-正丁醇-1-O -A -L -吡喃鼠李糖基-(1y 6)-B -D -吡喃葡萄糖苷(ÚÒ)。结论 化合物Õ、Ø~Ú和ÚÒ为首次从菝葜属植物中分离得到,化合物Ñ~Ô、Ö、×和Û为首次从该植物中分离得到。关键词:小果菝葜;百合科;结构鉴定中图分类号:R28411 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0253-2670(2009)01-0011-04
