1.APPLICATION

Model LPG Pipe Filter is suitable for removing particles from fuels, hydraulic oils and lube oils so that oil quality is improved and normal running of unit and instrumentation is ensured. It finds its wide use in petroleum, chemical, power, transportation and national defense industries, etc.

2.CONSTRUCTION

This machine mainly consists of drum, filter core and pollutant discharge system. Filter cores can be available in two types. Namely, screen type or core type. General speaking, screen type has filter precision of 0.1—1mm and core type, 0.005—0.1mm.Machine of said two types is easily assembled or dismantled or rinsed.

With going on of operation, impurities accumulated on surfaces of cores will be increased, causing increased filter resistance and reduced flow. In this case, changing or rinsing core is needed to be done. Change can be made in this way. Unscrew drum flange cover to take out cores.

3.MAINTECHNICAL DATA

Notes: Overall dimensions, position of inlet/outlet can be designed according to user´s requirements. But users are requested to clarify outlet bore, flow, system operating pressure and filter precision when ordering.

一、用途

LPG型过滤器适用于各类燃油，液压油，润滑油的分离净化，去除油中的颗粒杂质，从而提高液压油的清洁等级，使机器设备，仪表能正常的工作和运转，达到稳定的工艺过程，保障安全生产的作用。广泛适用于石油，化工、电力、交通，国防工业等领域。

二、结构

LPG型过滤器主要由筒体、滤芯、排污系统等部件组成。滤芯采用滤网式或滤芯式，一般滤网式的过滤精度为0.1~1mm，滤芯式的过滤精度为0.005~0.1mm，两种结构都安拆方便，易于清洗。

当过滤器工作一定时间后，滤芯表面上覆着的杂质将会增多，过滤阻力将会增大，过滤流量减小，说明滤芯已脏了，应该拆下滤芯进行清洗或更换，更换方法：将筒体法兰盖打开，拆下滤芯，冲洗后按原位装上即可。

三、 LPG型过滤油器主要技术参数：

说明：过滤器外形尺寸、进出口开口方位等可根据用户现场安装布置图来定做，用户定货时需要具体说明进出口口径，流量、系统工作压力、过滤精度。
