Oil Extraction –Crude palm oil is extracted from the mesocarp

净化–油被净化以减低水分和杂物

Oil Clarification & Purification –to minimize levels of moisture, dirt and impurities

棕榈仁油提炼过程(Crude palm kernel oil processing) :

洁净–外部杂物被清除

Cleaning –foreign materials is removed by separator and vibrating screen

击碎–果仁被击碎以成小块

Size reduction –kernels are broken into small pieces

榨油–棕榈油被榨出

Cooking –regulates the moisture content of the meal, ruptures cell walls, reduce viscosity of oil and coagulates protein in meals
