流水小学杨楠2016年3月25日上午,福州市小学英语陈育平名师工作室送培下乡活动在平潭县流水小学隆重举行。
此次活动由平潭县教师进修校主办并由县进修校教研员陈曦老师主持。
送培活动中,福州小学英语名师工作室的陈育平老师和福州市教育学院的郑琳老师,与来自平潭县约100余名小学英语教师一起研讨。

镇人大代表在入户走访白蛇沟村三组谢厚平家中,发现他家中5口人,他自身言语三级残疾,母亲肢体二级残疾,妻子肢体一级残疾,长女现年11岁,智力一级残疾,长子现年8岁,也患有智力一级残疾,两个孩子存在严重的认知障碍和语言缺陷,且无生活自理能力,不方便在特殊教育学校上学。
在了解到这个情况之后,人大代表第一时间进行专题研究。通过协调,决定由耿家垭小学负责安排教师,通过“送教上门”的方式,为两位残疾儿童架起一座教育桥梁。
林金美老师的《盘古开天地》一课在引导学生品词析句、揣摩感悟、资源利用诸方面匠心独到,让学生、教师感受神话故事的意境美,课文的语言美,人类的创造美。

2016年12月16日,早上八点四十,县2015年“国培计划”第二年度(2016年)小学英语第二次送教下乡集中培训在县研培中心学术报告厅准时开始。

尽管紧凑的学习时间让
老师们有点疲惫,但曾老师
的讲座却让课堂笑声不断。
大家在
笑声中获得生活的启迪。
让我们明
白做一个幸福的老师,心态是多么
重要。
压力,人人都有,但我们要
化压力为动力,不能让压力把我们
打垮。
人为什么
不快乐,那是因为有太多的不舍,有太多
的怨气,有太多的期待。
其实,简单的生
活就是最大的幸福。
学习在路上
12月17日早上九点,进入送教下乡的第二天。
天公也作美。
首先是来自古罗镇凉风小学的成章翠老师带来的《小学英语单词教学》。
成老师先是
分析了小学英语的优势与
单词教学面临的困难。
接着
在如何教单词方面为我们
讲授了常用的教学方法。
作
为一名拥有多年教学经验
的老师,成老师分享了她自
己在教学实践中的经验与感悟,教给我们很多实用的单词教学法。
老师们也是人之聆听,做好笔记,思考把所学的教学
方法运用到自己的教学当
中。
接下来,来自城北一小
的奇老师为大家带来了《理
解新课标,落实有效教学》
的讲座。
老师先用几个问题与老师们进行了互动:什么是教育?什么是教学?小学英语教学的目的是什么?接着分析了新
课程标准。
课标作为教学的指
导性纲领,每位老师都应该重
视并熟知课标提出的要求。
老
师也把自己在英语教学中用
到的方法毫无保留地介绍给老师们,
这对刚步入教师行业的年轻老师来
说可谓是获益良多啊。
老师的讲座容
实用,语言幽默风趣,赢得了满堂彩。
小组微课展示
经过昨天小组磨课,讨论,初赛。
下午,各个小组推选出的老师们为大家带来了精彩的微课展示。
短短十五分钟的微课,老师
们认真准备,制作了教学课件和教具,
力争呈现一堂优质的英语课。
虽然每位老师的教学风格不一,
但每位老师都有自己的闪光点。
有的
老师教态非常亲切自然,有的
老师设计的课堂活动精彩丰
富,有的老师口语流畅。
在座
的老师们看后也是有所思,有
所获。
短短两天的培训结束了,在这两天中老师们一起学习,共同进步,大家的情谊也在学习和交流中得到升华。
本学期的培训虽然告一段落,但作为老师我们追求进步的脚步却没有停止。
