FCA条件下的交付

在FCA之下,当二个情况之一符合时，交付发生

如果指定点在卖方所在处地,则当货物被装至由买方指定的承运人的收货运输工具的时候，卖方完成交货任务。

在其他情况下,当货物在买方指定的交货地,在卖方的交货运输工具上,被交由买方指定的承运人处置时,卖方完成交货任务。
