摘要

阿司匹林又称乙酰水杨酸,已应用百年,成为医药史上三大经典药物之一,至今它仍是世界上应用最广泛的解热、镇痛和抗炎药,随着不断的研究发现,其对其他一些疾病也有着独特的疗效。百年老药阿司匹林凭借其低廉的价格和较小的不良反应赢得了市场的普遍认可,现已成为世界上最重要的解热镇痛药之一。近年来,阿司匹林的适用范围已从解热镇痛药向心血管病预防用药领域扩展,在心血管病预防用药量不断增加的推动下,其市场得到进一步的上升空间。事实上,除了心血管病方面,阿司匹林还在其他疾病上有独特的疗效,例如:防治糖性白内障、治疗抗生素所致听力障碍、抗衰除皱、改善老年男性性功能、治疗艾滋病、癌症等。

本设计的课题是阿司匹林的的合成,年产量为1000吨。是以水杨酸和酸酐为原料,经过酰化,结晶,过滤,干燥生产得阿司匹林的流程设计。主要设计内容分为两部分;工艺设计和非工艺设计。工艺设计包括方案设计及物料恒算,热量恒算,主要设备选型计算,车间布置设计,管路设计等。非工艺设计包括厂房设计,仪表

及自动化,经济评价,公用工程,环保,安全设施以及绘制工艺流程图,车间平面布置图,管道布置图等,并对整个车间的投资与成本进行预算。

Abstract

The main design content can be divided into two parts; Technological design and the process design. Process design including design and material constant calculate, heat constant calculate, main equipment selection, workshop layout design calculation, pipeline design, etc. The process design including plant design, instrument and automation, economic evaluation, utilities, environment protection, safety

facilities and rendering process flow diagram, workshop layout, piping layout, etc, and on the whole workshop of investment and cost budget.
