英语求助信写作指导

一、求助信的文体简介与框架：

求助信是当个人遇到一些自己无法解决的问题或困难时向别人请求帮助的一种书信。应该遵照英文书信的格式，表达出自己希望得到的急切心理和诚意。

通常包括三部分内容：

1) 表明写信目的，请求帮助。

2) 要清晰陈述请求帮助的具体内容或具体困难。

3) 表达希望得到帮助（必要的时候留下联系方式）。注意语气委婉、真诚，并要向收信人表示感谢。

二、运用规范的语言

求助信有其自身的特色语言，在行文的每一个环节也有一些常用的句型。

1. 求助信开头的表达句式：

1) I’m writing to ask for/get some help.

2) I’m writing to ask whether you can give me help.

3) I’m sorry that I have to ask a favor of you, with the hope that you will be kind to help me.

4) Sorry to bother you but I really get some problems recently.

5) I make bold to write this letter to ask you to do me a favor.

2. 描述困难的经典句式:

1) But I have met some difficulties with/in ……

2) But unfortunately, I’m encountering difficulty in…

3) Faced with/Facing so much difficulty, I have to ask you for some help.

4) I face the choice between…and…

5) It’s really hard for me to decide/deal with …

6) I need your help because ……

3. 表达希望得到帮助的句型

1) Expecting your writing back soon.

2) Looking forward to/Hoping for your early reply.

3) Your kind early reply will be highly appreciated.

4) I wonder if you can help me with these difficulties.

5) I really appreciate it if you could help me.

6) I believe I will benefit a lot from your valuable and timely advice.

7) I am sure with your help I can make great progress.

8) Can you manage to give me some constructive guidance?

9) I sincerely hope to get your timely reply.

4. 过渡性词汇

列举困难时;first, besides, also, what’s more, at the same time, in the meanwhile, in addition,...请求系列帮助so, thus, however, but, in order that, so that …5. 情感词汇sorry, bother, beg, would you like…. unfortunately, unluckily, especially, sincerely, badly, hopefully
