The overall design refer to British BS3289standard,in accordance with the MT914-2008standard to design and production,product quality can reach the international advanced level.整体设计参照英国BS3289标准，按照MT914-2008标准进行设计生产，产品质量可达国际先进水平。
The Solid Woven Conveyor Belt is made from the whole belt core,via dipping and plastifying in polyvinyl chloride(PVC)dipping agent or vulcanization.It features largely in the high strength,heavy load,and stable conveyance performances.Besides,it is fire resistant,anti-static,shock resistant,wearable and corrosion resist ant.整体带芯阻燃输送带是由整体带芯经聚氯乙烯浸渍糊浸渍塑化或硫化后做成，具有强度大、运量大、运输平衡等特点，同时该产品具备良好的阻燃、抗静电、抗冲击、耐磨损、耐腐蚀等性能。
1.Structure结构
Using the high strength whole fabric(which is woven by polyester/cotton)as the belt core,the fabric is hign in strength,with low elongation,high carcass,shock resistant,anti-tearing and good in trough ability.Cover layer is made from fire resistant materials such as rubber,rubber plastic polyblend or PVC resin ect..采用涤/棉编织成的高强力整体织物为带芯,这种织物强度高，伸长量小，构架轻，耐冲击，抗撕裂，成槽性好。
覆盖层采用橡胶、橡塑并用或PVC树脂等阻燃材料制成。

2.Applications应用
Used in coal mine and other occasions require fire-resistant and antistatic.Especially suitable for material conveying at inflammable of underground coal mines.用于煤矿和其他需要阻燃抗静电的场所。
尤其适用于易燃的地下煤矿材料运输。
3.Classification分类
According to the characteristics of cover layer,classified as all plastic(PVC)and rubber type(PVG belt).根据覆盖层的特点，分为全塑型（PVC带）和橡胶型（PVG带）。
3.1PVC Solid Woven Conveyor belt PVC 整芯阻燃输送带（聚氯乙烯型）
Feature:The plastic type of solid woven conveyor belt (PVC)is used in dry operation area where the inclined angle is no greater than 16°(degrees).Cover thickness can be from 0.5mm to 4mm.适合用于倾斜角小于16度的干燥条件下。
表层覆盖厚度为0.5~4毫米。
3.2PVG Solid Woven Conveyor belt PVG 整芯阻燃输送带(丁䝼覆盖型）
Feature:The rubber type of solid woven conveyor belt (PVG)is used in wet operation area where the inclined angle is no greater than 20°(degrees).Cover thickness can be from 1mm to 8mm.Resistance to wetness,slip,low temperature and wear resistance of the belt.适用于倾斜角小于20度的潮湿条件下。
表层覆盖厚度为1~8毫米。
具有抗潮湿，防滑，抗低温及耐磨的特点。
