白、细胞RNA和核DNA量分别为0.58、0.46、0.14垤。可以识别两种HOSE细胞集落, 大小分别为8~lOlam、15---20¨n。大小为8,'--,101-trn的细胞染色质显色良好,核中心 染色易变,核仁小而不明显,核质比增加,圆形或卵圆形;大小为15~20岫的细 胞显示核染色不均,核仁相对突出,胞质丰富嗜多色,长方形或扁平样结构,以 单个、巢状、片状、乳头状排列,呈现修复上皮形态。两种HOSE细胞群均共表达 角蛋白、波形蛋白,显示上皮细胞特点。在排卵后或存在囊性改变的卵巢如包括 多囊卵巢,细胞量相对较高,显示潜在的卵巢影响或激素影响。 结论:本研究描述了正常HOSE细胞基本细胞形态学特点。HOSE刷获取的细 胞数量满意,液基细胞学对细胞形态分析可靠。HOSE刷作为一种检测手段对卵 巢癌高危女性的病理和临床评估,对这种高侵袭性妇科恶性肿瘤的发生、发展研 究有重要意义。 关键词:人类卵巢上皮细胞:卵巢刷:液基细胞学:核酸蛋白量。

目的:人类卵巢表面上皮(human ovarian
