2、物流规模（Logistics Scale）：是现代物流服务的需求之一。

指在物流活动中运输、储存、包装、装卸搬运和流通加工等物流作业量的总和。

3、物流合理化：物流合理化是物流管理追求的总目标。

它是对物流设备配置和物流活动组织进行调整和改进，使其趋于合理，从而实现物流系统整体优化的过程，即通过低费用、高效率的物流管理，获取物流效益的活动。

4、配送差别化（Differentiation of Distribution and Delivery）：根据货物周转的快慢和销售对象规模的大小，把储存场所和配送方式区别开来，利用差别化方法实现物流合理化的一种策略。

如：按照货物周转速度的差别，对周转快的货物群采取分散保管，周转慢的货物群集中保管的方法，通过压缩流通库存，降低物流成本；或是根据销售对象的差别，选择供应商直接送货或通过物流中心配送，通过对配送方式的细分，达到提高物流效率、实现物流作业合理化的目的。
