胸腔镜下胸交感神经链调节术治疗手汗症中的疗效

【摘要】目的：探讨胸腔镜下胸交感神经链调节术在60例手汗症中的疗效。2013年1月份至2014年2月其中我院手汗症患者60例，均行胸腔镜下胸交感神经链调节术。观察手术的效果。结果 60例患者均顺利地完成手术，没有出现中转开胸现象，没有出现术后并发症（感染等）；平均手术时间

（41.8+5.4）min，出院时间平均为（3.2+0.8）d；术后手汗症均消失，双手干燥温度；60例患者均于1周后恢复工作，且均满意手术效果；术后随访

1~12个月，没有1例复发。结论胸腔镜下胸交感神经链调节术治疗手汗症方法简单，效果佳，安全性高，手术后病人恢复良好，值得推广。

timeaveraged (3.2+0.8) d; postoperative hyperhidrosis disappeared, the hands of drying temperature; 60 patients were recovered in 1 weeks later, and were satisfied with

the effect ofoperation; postoperative follow-up of 1~12 months, no recurrence in 1 patients. Thoracic sympathetic chain conclusions video assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis adjusting method is simple, good effect, high safety, good recovery afteroperation of patients, is worthy of promotion.
